Holiday Inn Leeds Bradford

Was a lovely room, local to my friends. Staff were friendly and had a lovely meal in the restaurant. Staff their were great and very helpful. Will use this hotel again.

staff are very welcoming going out of their way to help. These are difficult times in consideration of covid -19 ; where staff are unable to come into the rooms in maintaining standards and possible spread of the virus. Thereby, when thing go wrong, as they sometimes do , things are left unattended . my sink was left with the plug stuck, and hair dryer broke . milk, tea and coffee are not replenished etc. However , I do understand that everyone is trying there best and reopening under these difficult times can be trial and error. When all said and done I would highly recommend this hotel and there is a lot to be said for the free stay and meals for children, lovely staff, clean rooms and hotel over all ; noting the attention given to covid-19 in protecting staff and customers. The only down fall was the vegan breakfast sadly I was unable to eat , although they did try, but not worth paying for. Other meals I had at the hotel were of a good standard. I stayed and ate there for 3 nights

What a lovely hotel. My room was immaculately clean and fresh and big. That bathroom was excellent too and staff so warm, friendly and helpful. Location for me was perfect as right off the main roads to the motorways, but far enough away so no traffic noise the hotel is set in a beautiful lush green belt. Highly recommend

No hot water. Nothing offered by way of goodwill. Promised call from manager, which never came. Very disappointed.

The hotel is currently undergoing a much needed refurbishment. Our room was quite shabby and dated but it was comfortable. The contractors undertakkng the work were doing their best not to disturb guests but noise is inevitable. The staff were very helpful and polite.

Room was terrible - felt really run down and not maintained- on arrival told some of the rooms were refurbished but sadly not mine - very disappointing as not advised on booking and clearly they need to be closing the rooms they have not done !

Very tired hotel, toilet broken, tiles off bath. It is being refurbished... but nowhere near 4*. Staff were excellent.
