Very difficult to find. When calling the hotel. For help, the girl was quite rude. Checked in. Kitchenette had nothing in it. Not even the plastic cups. No silverware, cups, NOTHING. We paid for a kitchenette that was empty. Front desk said I could pick up stuff at the front desk. Being handicapped and the room furthest away from front desk, we didn’t feel we wanted to make several runs.

Over all great, ther area cover in animal poop, very noticable in the grass at the back entrance. The light over by the bed wall lamp blown out and also the lamp over the table was also blown out.

The rooms were old and “breakfast provided” in the morning is coffee and cereal bars.

Worst hotel experience of my life

This was absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at ever. I’ve been to other extended stay America‘s and they were much nicer. The carpets everywhere smelled of urine and smoke And body odor. The carpets and walls and kitchens and bathrooms are very outdated and in poor repair. I did not feel particularly safe in this location either as Several rooms I walked by had couples yelling at each other or kids screaming in the rooms. I would never recommend staying at this hotel.Worst hotel experience of my life. I was woke up at 3 AM by loud people above my room. Just wonderful.

Good woolen, good intentions… amenities poor

Place is a bit hard to find along a blind road without much signage (behind a more well known hotel); lobby is small, clean but out dated. Slow elevators, to the disability access rooms have to go down a long hall… to call the room a suite is generous.. it is an average hotel room with a refrigerator bed a cooktop burners and microwave. Absolutely no dishes or silverware. There is a small desk. Combo tv stand/dresser. Small closet. With the very small “queen” sized bed there is a small chair. The bed didn’t accommodate 2 adults. No couch, no option for a cot or another room with 2 beds .. I slept on the floor after trying the chair and desk chair as a stool… the bathroom was damaged, outdated and they felt throwing some bars up on a regular tube made it disabled accessible… not some place I would stay again with my elderly mother

The room was not ready to go in it had stuff they didn't removed from cleaning da. The toilet was not working had ti go out of my room to go use the bathroom told but i was not happy with it. I just stay for ine night had to book next door hotel.
