GreenTree Inn & Suites in Pinetop

Decent Hotel: We stayed here for one night. The hotel was a decent, the rooms need a little updating. The room and bathroom were clean, however, the wall paper was lifting from the walls, and the carpet seemed a bit dingy. We had a two queen room, one mattress was somewhat soft, the other was more firm. Pinetop was getting snow and the power went out. The hotel was out of code (Safety codes). It had no emergency lights, the exit signs weren't even illuminated. Thank goodness for cell phone flashlights. Otherwise, our stay was comfortable. I'm not sure I would stay here again, only because of being out of code.

Staff not wearing masks, even on the elevator with me. 1st key didn't work, TV remote control spotty. Breakfast good but not served til 7am.

Very impressed with how clean the hotel, our room and bathroom was. Staff was friendly. No breakfast due to COVID, but was given a breakfast bag a cut above what other hotel’s offered. Coffee and tea was available in lobby as well as in the room. Would definitely stay here again.

It is always nice staying here when I work up North.

Very friendly staff and helpful! Had a death in the family and they gave me their condolences. I messed up my reservations on Expedia and the helped me straighten them out.

Entire property a wreck of construction. No amenities. Brown bag breakfast was basic. Cards quit in the middle of the night. Property smelled of marijuana. Our room wasn't ready as promised in the text message conversation I had with the front desk proof to arrival. The review I left on google was argumentatively dismissed by the general manager. Needless to say we will never go back.

I booked and paid for trip in advance. When I arrived I was informed that there is an additional $8 per day service fee. The hotel was under construction with stairwell that was bare to the concrete and construction noise during the day. They made no effort to check or service the room. When I went to check out I informed them that I would pay cash for the service fee and was told that they already charged it to my card. I demanded that they reverse the charges and was told that they would but they don't accept cash so they waived the fees. Additional charges should be clearly be stated in their offering and not after the fact of arriving at the destination. There were no amenities.

Room was clean. Didnt like the 8 dollar a day hotel charge. The staff did nothing for the extra 16 dollars. Not sure if I would stay there again.

Our 3 night stay was great! The room was clean, given the circumstances surrounding COVID-19. The hotel is currently going through renovations but this did not cause any problem. Location was great! I highly recommend staying if you are looking for a place!

Very disappointed. Given a handicap room without explanation. Coffee pot did not work. I reported it. They never remedied it. With Covid precautions the coffee and creamer are not ideal. Front desk , evening woman, was very good.
