Great location and service is always excellent. We’ve stayed here many times and will be back.

We had a wonderful fall weekend in our gorgeous condo, location couldn’t be better.

The rooms were okay. But the location was really good. Vail village was just a walkable distance. The pool and the hot tub was also great.

The room was very spacious! Loved it!

The staff here could not have possibly been more friendly and accommodating. Every person from the front desk to the valet was welcoming and helpful. Very positive experience!

I did mention all the issues we have encountered at check out. Basically the pictures for the rooms do not represent the actual product. We stayed in 2H, a condo in the center of vail, a great location, but the unit was dirty and old. The stove, the carpet and the microwave were dirty and so were some of the glasses. The fireplace was nit working, the cushions and the outside bbq grill dirty. A total of 5 lights weren't working and as I stated the overall condition wasnt anything we had expected considering the price point. The manager upon check out promised he would call the same day to make it right, but that hasnt happened yet either.

Everything was perfect. The staff was great, our suite excellent, comfortable👌👌👌thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Highly recommend this hotel! We parked our car in the free Vail lot and felt like we had the hotel to ourselves. Sunny and Houston gave us some tremendous food and hiking recommendations and all of the staff were both kind and "enforcing the rules," which made us feel we could relax. If you have the opportunity to stay here, take it!

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. Love the location but so far that’s about it. Crappy service, we’ve had to dispute charges BOTH times, housekeeping came into our room at 9am without knocking...we won’t stay here again.

Horrible room. Not ‘Lodge at Vail’ standards by far. Very old room, oversized furniture so you couldn’t even move, dark, smelled musty and 70s decor. Very disappointed. Had to keep the window open on first floor for AC to work and people are standing right by your room outside. Blinds don’t close all the way so very uncomfortable with people walking by. Lodge knows this room is not up to their standards or prices. Do something about it!
