After deciding not coming back to Atlantic City, we made a birthday trip with my friends. Tropicana hotel was the biggest surprise to me!! Everything so convenient - from breakfast, through short elevator ride to the pool and to the restaurants. I’m definitely taking another trip to this hotel with my kids!

The room was very nice. My only issue was that many of the restaurants that I wanted to dine at was not available until the weekend which was after the dates of my stay. All in all there was still plenty to do and the steak and cheese spot came in clutch

Enjoyable Stay
Every thing was wonderful from customer care to fun activities. There was a minor maintenance issue, however it was rectified the same day and Tropicana even comped me a portion of my stay for the inconvenience. Highly recommend for a friends vaca, couples vaca. If your bring family w/kids the best time is summer so they can enjoy the boardwalk.

Nice stay for where your at.
The kiosk check in was great. Could’ve used a coffee cup in the room with the luring machine. I had my own kurig cups. They provided none just the machine. The resort fee seems redundant considering lack of amenities in room. Hotel has lots to offer inside but it’s all at a cost so resort cost is not needed.

The hotel , amenities, and services were very good …. very nice stay in a clean comfortable room . The casino was also consistent with the rooms . The only negative was I had made reservations for the South tower . When I got there they charged me $16.00 for a room upgrade to be in the South tower . That is the same room that I booked for the lower price .

Dated suite
The suite we booked was large - but the rooms were sparse and dated. When booking a full suite you expect a level of luxury or comfort - we didn't get that - its just a big and quite empty basic room. That said the staff and service were exceptional. I guess you get what you pay for but we won't be staying there again.

Beautiful South Tower room
Stayed in the South tower, king deluxe non-smoking room. Room was clean, comfortable and beautiful. Looks new and updated. Not a lot of channels on the tv, but that's the only complaint I had. Room was also very quiet. Will definitely stay here again.
