Fast check in and check out. Needed some milk in the evening and front desk was able to come through. Thank You!!! Great place to stay.

All though the staff where friendly and helpful the facility lacked. The rooms are particularly decent and I appreciate the allowing of my hunting dogs. The real issue is the facility it's in major need of update and repairs..... the pool was almost unbearably cold. The water slide stairs are rusting with chunks coming off. Idk how many times we stepped on rusty pieces of metal. There is visible pieces broken on the railings near the top where it's rusted completely through meaning its not recent but long been an issue. There's pipes just hanging from the ceiling of the pool area where the hangers are rusted out and no longer supported. It's soon to be a very dangerous place as fun as it was i won't be going back till ik it's fixed. I would personally warn anyone from going there as well for their safety.

We booked this hotel about a week beforehand when we decided to stretch our driving days longer and get home from a long vacation a day earlier. We booked a room with two queen beds and a pullout sofa for our family of 6. Check in was fine, but not the friendliest. Kids were excited to see the “water park” - really just one large water slide and a baby one - after a long day in the car. Our room overlooked the pool area, so was really loud with slide running until 10:00. Room smelled of chlorine and it seemed that chlorine was eating away at the room. Hangars and door lock were rusty and corroded. Carpet was dirty and obviously hadn’t been swept. We even found change on the floor. Kids enjoyed the slide but even admitted it was kind of gross looking. Everything needed at least a good coat of paint. Pretty sure we woke up the lifeguard when we came in. Hot tub looked cloudy and suspicious. Out of all the hotels we stayed at during our road trip this was the dirtiest and the only Covid 19 accommodations or changes we saw were the plexiglass dividers at the front desk. Didn’t even stick around to check out the breakfast. Kind of afraid what that might have been. The entire hotel just seemed to long for a facelift and remodel. “Hospitality room” - three worn couches in a hall area leading to our room - looked so pitiful and disgusting. Maybe the rooms in the main part of the hotel are much better than those overlooking the pool area, but we won’t find out. Would not recommend.

Very good stay just wish there was an elevator. Our end of the motel was very quiet.

TV was tiny ... Mattress was way too soft (worn out?) ... Room was clean ... Front desk was helpful ... Lightning in parking lot just ok

We chose this hotel as a 1/2 way stop from Minneapolis/St Paul to Mt Rushmore. The hotel is nothing fancy however the rooms Are adequate and they allow pets. My girls loved the pool area. The water slide was super fun. I even gave it a go a few times! The location is good close to food options and the corn palace is nearby. A decent hotel at this rice point with a pool.

Check in was fine, the fella was behind plexiglass. Room was musty, as were the linens. Shower leaked all night, next to a highway and truck stop.
