Well although I love staying at this hotel for Staycations, I payed for a King Suite and ended up with a regular King room. I was tired when I checked in and the girl at the desk decided to give me a pool view rather than the much larger King Suite I booked and asked for. I paid $10 more for the suite and yet got a normal King room. I dont like being ripped off

Cheap, you definitely get what you pay for. Not very kid friendly at all.

Said they had photos of me leaving feces in the room said they would email them 21 hours and still waiting. Sewer roaches, construction takes most of the parking spots. Lesve breakfast area unsupervised and guest serve their own food. Almost a year after COVID19 this area should bebcautioned off everyday not depending on laziness. Housekeepers harass you because thry have no schedule for cleaning. When my son's service dog wondered off I overheard them state this is not a service dog. Yes he is registered and trained to detect seizures, high blood sugars, and assist in meltdowns. My son is Disabled according to our government but, not 3 Palms. I will be reporting them for a 50,000 fine as I have a recording of them questioning this upon check in. With a vopy of his registration and pjoto they could not return the dog to me. Their key reader broke and if I did not return their key they said they would keep my deposit. Wow thats quite a fee. Then they said upon check out we well inspect the room. I ran a cleaning business for 15 years. They need to vacuum under furniture not leave trash under the bed and control their roach pronlem. No elevstor so guest bring their suitcase fown one dtsir at a time at 5:00 a.m. I did not have parking issues but, there was a sign that said if you parked next door your car would be towed. The male night desk clerk was rude to my disabled son complaining of noise. They act friendly to dig for information. First and last time guest.

The accomodations were much better than expected.

Kat, Lupita and Michelle were great. Friendly, informative and accommodating. I am a frequent guest and it's nice to be recognized and welcomed back upon each stay.

Sewer Roaches. People leaving at 5 a.m. with luggage banging stairs. Then not omly returning my 50.00 deposit they charged me an additional 50.00 they said feces in the room. I even vacuumed this room. One of the remotes was under the bed. Thats how good they clean and inspect. They were nice until I checked out, my son was sleeping and his service dog got out because their key programmer wouldn't work they gave me a master threatening to take my deposit if not returned. I wanted to make sure I didn't lose it. I had the door cracked open. Noisy t.v.s. construction. You were warned!

Great place for the price and a Comfy suite . In fact I’m going to extend my day.
