Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Fresno North, CA

What a nightmare. Called 3 days before I booked to see if the pool was open. They said it was open. When we arrived, we were told pool was closed and had been for a year. Super annoying. We would have gone somewhere else. I booked through hotels.com. I put the hotel under my name and my grandfather. My grandmother went to pay for the room since my grandfather had a long day at the cemetary. They refused to check her in and made him come in the room. I also had asked for room adjoining. They put us on the 1st and 3rd floor. Ugh. Our room was okay. The duvet had old oil stains on it. Now my grandmother's room, the TV and phone didn't woke. What if they had an emergency? Didn't offer to change rooms. When they brought it up to staff they told us to complain to hotels.com. which we did but the manager refused to offer a discount. We did talk to a manager the first day but he seemed to be bothered and didn't seem to want to help. Also be warned they don't just hold a credit card for incidentals, they charge you $100. It took a week to get my money back. Don't walk away from this place, RUN!

Staff was not friendly. Sheets kept coming off bed. No fan in bathroom. Pool closed even though we are in red tier and it is allowed to be open. Worse, they ran out of coffee at 8:30 on Saturday and refused to make more...

Overnight stay, last leg of a Anniversary getaway. Good location, felt safe, quiet and comfortable.

Week before my stay I called to see if early check in was possible as my family and I needed to be at an event by 3. Front desk told me to call the day of to see if any rooms were available and so I did. The morning of, I called and front desk told me that they had sold out the night before but to come closer to 12 to see

It was good, shower head was bad, tub had a leak and wouldn’t stay filled, fridge would either freeze everything or thaw out

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel for years. This time it was different. Members of the staff were rude to my wife. Room was not cleaned during our multiple night stay. No breakfast one morning due to a "technical difficulty ". The other morning breakfast consisted of an orange and pastry.

I called before I booked to asked about their amenities during Covid. I was told the indoor pool, gym and grab and go breakfast would be available. She even stated the hours of operation and advised social distancing. So I booked. When we arrived, we were surprised to see signs stating the amenities were closed. These signs had clearly been up for days as there were wrinkles in the paper. When I brought up the issue, they had no viable excuse. Only stated closed due to Covid. What a joke I thought. I still would have booked there. I understand we are living in a pandemic. It would have been nice to have been told the truth and giving me the option of packing lighter. We stayed 3 days and received an orange and danish each day for the grab and go breakfast. There was also decaf and regular coffee. No tea or hot water. Overall, a decent stay, decent location, conveniently located off of the 41.

Room was very clean, but building is a little out dated.
