Service was garbage. Asked several times for room to be cleaned and they never came. Called back after 3 hours and they told me that they were no longer cleaning rooms. Twice this happened. I stayed on New Year’s Eve and their was a party downstairs but they informed us far too late that we had to make a reservation in the morning. We spoke to the front desk several times in the morning and they never mentioned making a reservation. Just overall crappy service. Not happy at all. I won’t return to this hotel.

The property is good. Obviously this property is located on the malecon so there are no restaurants or stores near by, but a Uber to any destination just works fine.

Great place to stay the staff was very helpful and the room are very clean. They should get security because the scammers are waiting for you outside of the casino.

I enjoyed all parts of it specifically the staff's treatment and kindness. However, the Hotel didn't provide me with the Sea View room i paid extra for due to the Hotel not having such room. It was more like a false advertisement from Expedia. I should received a discount for a normal room.

I have been to this hotel on a few occasions and this trip to the DR meant another stay at Jaragua. I don’t think a hotel could have made me feel any safer than this place did (regarding Covid) - as towels, toiletries, the tv remote, as well as the alarm clock, were sealed in plastic. As for the pool— always my favorite pool anywhere (and I have a pool). I can’t wait to go back!!!! Did I miss anything? 😊

We always stay at this property. We're normally very happy, but unfortunately this time we were disappointed with the service at the restaurant. On 9/20/20 Hector did not perform to the standards of this hotel, extreme wait, we were not offered drinks and he forgot half the order without apologizing when we brought it to his attention. He was trying to be nice, but we recommend additional training. We will continue to visit the hotel.
