Quality Inn Airport

The staff was great and it was easy to find. My only issue was upon arrival my room was super hot and the room furnishing were a little dated but I didn’t need anything fancy.

Had an unexpected layover and found this on hotel.com. Very disappointing to us. Had wake up call and free shuttle to airport in am no person on site., had to call number at desk three times and then a man came into lobby half asleep and walked out to van without a word said. Checking in late the women at desk said there would be some kind of mini breakfast. Nothing and nobody. Sorry not going to give a good rating. Very sad.

I canceled my trip and did not use this facility. When I called the motel to explain my cancellation (the Chautauqua Program I was to attend the following week was cancelled) they were helpful and positive in helping me complete the cancellation. If I ever get to attend Chautauqua I will try to stay in this Quality Inn.

Needed more detail to cleanliness and tv didn’t work in first room.. Moved me to another which had bottles next to bed and no fridge for me drinks and chocolate

Nice weekend room clean

It was an older motel, the tile in the lobby needs replacement but the room was clean and the staff was very friendly. They also had an early continental breakfast for us early travelers. I would stay again

No tooth brush paste etc, first time such an experience.

No hot water for shower. Eggs and sausage were low quality

The building interior needed repair in the corridors and in stairwells. The room didn’t have any heat on so we had to spend the next few hours with winter jackets before became comfortable.
