Girl at desk was talking on her blue tooth device, on a personal call, while taking care of my check-in process. After getting my room key and going to my room, the key would not open the door. After returning to the front desk to get a new key, I was asked by the girl is I was using it "correctly". She seemed to be annoyed that she was not able to continue her private conversation on her phone to take care of my issues.

the bathtub ares could use a good scrubbing but clean and comfortable otherwise

This shouldn’t be “required “.I now have enjoyed this less.

The room looked good, refrigerator great, microwave great, remote needs replacing but what was unacceptable was the condition of the king size mattress I did not sleep at all. I would’ve been better off just sitting in my car for the night And saving the 85 dollars for caffeine. my wife slept off and on and got about 3 hrs sleep and she can sleep just about anywhere. Won’t stay there again and that’s unfortunate.

Bed was super comfortable! Would stay again.

Great Hotel for a weekend away!

Staff was very friendly and very eager to please Property was outdated and somewhat rundown There was a smell from the carpet that seemed like from tobacco

The desk clerk (Nick) was friendly and the room was quiet.

I like the general condition of the facility and the front desk staff is very friendly. I did not like the cleanliness of the towels. When we checked in the towels were wet. Did someone use them before us?

The hotel is great for a cheap hotel stay. The room was clean and in good condition. We didn't hear any noise from other people even though the hotel was rather full (mostly construction workers). The front desk guy was very nice and fun to talk too. We stayed on a frigid night but the room was nice and toasty. The bed was extremely comfortable as well. No real complaints. I've been to hotels that cost twice as much but were no where near as nice to stay in.
