Our stay was great and comfortable. They only issue we had for a bit the hot water went out fir a bit, also before checking out we went threw the rooms making sure we packed everything and my daughter found a packet of drugs on top in the closest. That was upsetting and i think they should comp us something since we paid all that money on the suite.

Were they even trying?

Accommodations in ad were severely Misrepresented as to how room was laid out. This stay did not provide privacy as expected for me and my spouse upon arrival 2 of the ceiling lights did not even work (was fixed next day) several power sockets are worn out to the point of unsafe to use and pose a fire risk. When I Asked to speak to the manager this morning I was given the front desk phone number and the manager's name and told "good luck he comes in tomorrow at 8" also found a roach 2nd night and parking lot had a giant pile of old furniture outside our door

Interesting stay

The first night was okay. The room we booked wasn’t available because it had leaks. They accommodated that. When we got back the following night after being gone for 16 hours, we found two LIVE cockroaches in our room. Our friend and room neighbor also found one in her room. Went to the office so they could be removed, he said there was no one there to help him to remove them. But we could move our room, but would be on a different floor with no adjoining rooms anymore. We (8 girls) removed the cockroaches ourselves and stuck it out to just sleep for the night. We got a 50% discount for ONE night of our stay. When I checked out in the morning, the lady that was now working at the desk was much friendlier and apologized profusely. She also said the whole building was going to be sprayed for pests immediately.

The good and bad of staying here.

We checked in close to midnight. We were in a section that was being refurbished. There were piles of old furniture and mattresses in the parking lot, including in the handicapped parking. One room had no windows and the knob to adjust the AC was removed. The room was warm all night. The sink faucet had hot water from both handles and we were only given one wash rag. The other bathroom didn’t have enough hot water. Most of the lights either didn’t work or didn’t have bulbs in them. My husband and I had to string the cords for the bedside table lights behind the bed to the one outlet on the wall. There was no coffee maker in the room and when I said something about it the coffee maker didn’t arrive in our room until later that afternoon. There was a group of people who sat outside their unit most of the night visiting. The front of the hotel looked nice and was clean. The breakfast was decent. The back area of the hotel was a little scary.

Nasty place

Awful uses to be a great place water to shower only barely warm people partying all night long fighting outside the room . No working telephone couldn’t lock door siding of door looked like it was kicked in before ! Filed complaint nothing done outside beds stacked in parking lot

Good stay overall

Once we arrive unfortunately the room wasn’t ready :( we had to wait 10 minutes while the clerk kept calling and checking to see if the room was clean so that was not pleasant . Other than that room was nice and big . Jacuzzi wasn’t working so the kids only were able to be in the pool one hr before it was too cold and we had to leave . Other than that it was a nice get away from home ! Breakfast was good only wish there was more of a variety.

Ok for the price

The hotel lobby was lovely. There was plenty of seating for the continental breakfast. Our room was pretty much 2 rooms put together. We had 2 queens and a couch bed which was plenty of room for me and my husband and 3 of our children. The floor was nasty, my kids feet were black within ten mins. I had to wash their feet and keep their shoes on them. The room could have been cleaner but it was about average. The bathtub would not drain and my husband pulled out a GIANT clump of hair. It was disgusting. The maintenance worker came up and gave us chemicals so we could clean the shower ourselves. The next day, our toilet clogged and we called the front desk. She said their was no service worker and there was nothing that she could so. We had to pretty much argue with her for her to find a plunger, which she brought up about 10 mins later. The breakfast was pretty nice. They had a waffle station, two different cereals, croissants and muffins, oatmeal packets, yogurt and a juice and coffee machine. The price was pretty nice for the location of this motel. It is directly across from Medieval Times and Pirates and within walking distance of a starbucks. If you plan on staying here, bring slippers to wear inside and your own lysol wipes.

The room over all was clean. The desk had a broken drawer and the furniture was a little outdated. Also, due to covid the jacuzzi is not open .Only the pool.
