Quality Inn & Suites Williamsburg Central

When we got to our room the side piece of door was off the blind were torn down and wouldn’t close and toilet wouldn’t flush I went to the lobby to use the bathroom and the attendendant said water was shut down in bathroom lobby she went to look for a plunger but couldn’t find one I asked what I could do because I really had to go to the bathroom so she let me go in a vacant room the women was really trying to be helpful but room was terrible and very disappointing.

Last minute stay In Williamsburg for one night with one other adult. Front desk was kind and helpful upon arrival. Stayed in double non-smoking room that smelled like smoke. Curtain broken and barely closed all the way on the first floor. Deadbolt difficult to lock. No soap, only one towel. Heat was cranked all the way up but still cool in room. The room was inexpensive and we arrived late at night so made due and checked out in the morning.

Beds were very hard and we had dog hair everywhere in our room

Place has gone down over the years. Bedding was dirty and stained, microwave sparked when we attempted to use it. It use to be a decent place for a decent price. It’s pretty much a you get what you pay for hole in the wall. Spend the extra few dollars to stay elsewhere.

Lobby looks great but the outside of the hotel looks a mess and creepy, can tell ppl live there. Reserved a smoke free room but when we arrived it smelled just like cigarettes, front lobby guy went in and sprayed but that’s a hard smell to get rid of.

Front desk was friendly, but we booked a King room, they said they had no more so "upgraded" us to a suite with 2 beds and a sofa. It was roomy and comfortable but bathroom was not swept with hairs on the floor, and a used washcloth with little hairs was still hanging from the top of shower, long enough it had dried into the bent shape of the rod. Also both beds had stains on the comforters, Im not sure why they wouldn't dispose of these since the stains are darker and noticeable. Location is nice.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful. She moved us to a different room when our room did not meet our needs. The people next to our room had a small baby that cried a lot during the night which we could hear. This was not any fault of the staff. Babies sometimes have rough nights. The facility does need some repairs but with lower tourism I am sure their budget is tight too.

The hotel did not seem very clean. There where stains in the shower and looks like they tried doing some updates but it was done poorly.

Found 3 roaches. One on my suitcase, one woke me up one morning by crawling on me and a third one crawling on my things in the bathroom. The front desk attendant said I shouldn’t let that scare me away from staying again. Have yet to see any money put back on my card.

Worst room we ever stayed in carpet was dirty room had a terrible musty smokey smell, that got worse every time the air conditioner came on the tub was dirty, cleaned the tub to only find out that the drain was stopped, toilet barely flushed, flies were flying around it was apparent that who ever was in charge of cleaning this particular room showed no pride or sense of care in his or her job. This place is really run down and parking is not that great. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.
