Indian Lakes Hotel

The room was clean but the pool and hot tub needed some attention. There weren’t enough towels stocked in the pool area at all during our stay and when they did bring some out, it was a small qty and they went quick. So I suggest bringing ur own pool towel. We also had a hard time locating the complimentary breakfast and the service desk was extremely busy so we missed out on that. Overall a decent hotel but not the most attentive staff.

Greeted by friendly staff upon arrival. Nice large, clean room. Convienent to Stratford Mall. Only down fall...complimentary breakfast. Only cold offerings...apples, cereal, toast, pastries, coffee, tea, milk & juice. Would have been nice to have some kind of warm warm offering....waffles, oatmeal, etc.

Have stayed here twice. I am not a picky person so little things don't bother me. The rooms are very clean and Roomy. The lounge area and microwave area of the hotel were dirty. They only have public microwave that I have noticed both times were filthy and so were the floors around it. The pool is big and has one waterslide (with steep metal stairs that scare me as I have toddlers but they managed) and a decent-sized jacuzzi. The staff was friendly. My kids had a great time both times so I look past the few negative things.

Since is not Hilton no more they have bad service they didn’t clean our room im till about 3:00pm and I had to call them more than 3 times the pool was very cold and before this never happened we allways stay here but like I said is not hilton anymore....and they dont have the spa, the mini golf and the outdoor pool so next time we are in the area we are stying somewhere alse.... also they offer breakfast but they have nothing the first dayof or staying Not even cereal or fruit!! Very disappointed 😡
