Lovely stay in a clean room. The staff were friendly and the hotel was in a good location.

The Hotel itself was fine. When I checked out the bill was £187 euros. When I questioned this it appeared breakfast had been added twice. So that was taken off and even then the mess of the bill that the restaurant had made when getting the bill wrong 3 times meant there were additional items added then removed all over it, I couldn’t get a proper breakdown of the bill nor an explanation printed out in English so it was just charge, charge, charge and the lady checking us out appeared to be very unprofessional and uninterested in helping me so it was just paid. Left feeling very let down and don’t think we will go back for a third time next year. I also left a T-shirt which I enquired about and nobody has contacted me back. Just feels like “we have your money, go away” bad experience.

Had the breakfast and dinner plan. Good food but does not cover any soft drinks or coffee at dinner. Location close walk to marina and beaches. Views from higher up 4 th floor and up of ocean is great Cost 9 euros to get from train station to hotel and 66 euros to Bcn airport

Good location and good service. Clean and easy access to the town.

One day I was on a rush to see my friends and decided to have dinner before meeting. Restaurant was absolutely empty and it took 10 minutes before I left restaurant. In this 10 minutes I was unattended, not even menu was brought to me. Waitresses were busy discussing Sport TV program. I found it rude and insulting

Great staff and room service could have better options

Needs a paint outside. Carpets along corridors horrible makes the modern hotel feel look old fashioned.

Great pool, and lounge area. A bit far from the gay area though but the beach nearby is awesome

my second visit rooms clean and spacious breakfast very good (no sliced tomatoes which was disappointing) No tea and coffee in rooms which for a 4 star hotel always peeves me would still stay again and take my travel kettle Overall very good hotel ...cheers!!

Great location, clean and modern. Staff are not too friendly, no personalities or special care. Mature man on check out desk 22.07.19 didn't ask if we had a good stay or anything about our visit. Transactions at reception are very unfriendly, just feels like they are disinterested in their guest. The lunch menu is poor and the food is mediocre compared to the amazing food available nearby. I've stayed here 3 times now, but purely for the location, views and cleanliness, not for customer service.
