Sheraton Suites Market Center Dallas

My check in was a little sloppy, I was not asked if I had parked in the lot and was ended up charged for parking for two nights. It was removed upon check out. My previous stay at this hotel was great, I was lucky enough to be placed on one of the higher floors. Which gave me some false notions about the hotel. The upper floors you cannot hear anything happening outside your room. Lower floors you could hear everything!!!!! My room also smelled like weed all weekend.

Sheraton Suites Market Center Dallas is an excellent hotel for the price. On the days I stayed, the price was right, and I had a club floor suite with a wonderful hot breakfast for under $100. That suite included a balcony overlooking downtown Dallas about a mile away. Staff were kind and courteous.

The room was nice, and spacious but the beds where incredibly uncomfortable, my 7 year old couldn't sleep on the sofa bed because it was too worn out and flat. I reserved my room with breakfast for 4, that ended up being an absolute mess. I called the restuarant right after check in to clarify how to obtain the breakfast either by going down in the morning, or filling out order sheet to be brought to the room at specified time. They told me the order sheet was fine. Placed order, hung it outside, but received a call at 6:45 AM that it would be a $60+ charge to deliver to room and it only would cover to breakfasts. I told them I would be down to speak with staff, the reception fixed the number of breakfasts but was forced to plate food myself to bring up to my family in room with multiple trips. The food was terrible, mushy hashbrowns, overcooked bacon, and steal bread. They refused to make pancakes when asked, and also have a very limited selection of foods. Overall I was more disappointed with my stay then usual, the staff were not knowledgable and the breakfast was terrible. I would not stay here again.

It was for a relax evening I really love it and enjoy to stay in will do it again.
