Clean facility overall and the service was pleasant. Heavy cigarette smoke odor in the hallways even though the facility is marketed as “smoke free” environment. Room was clean and comfortable. Safe location

The bed felt horrible it was so hard and uncomfortable. There weren’t any amenities! There’s no elevators!

I’m big on greetings when I’m spending my money! The stay was convenient, price was reasonable but the some of the staff needs some training on professionalism. Stop waiting on customers to greet you upon arrival. The room made me feel comfortable but please pay attention to small details! I had everything I needed regarding towels and cleannesses. I was denied check in would like a refund the customer service representative denied me check in

Had to wait 30 mins for clerk to get out of bed then when she finally checked us in she had on night cap and here uniform shirt was dirty and not buttoned, she stood there typing on her phone ignoring us for about 5 minutes. She never ask for my name after I told her I had a reservation, she just went back to phone. I finally ask her why she didnt ask my name and she said the computer wasn’t working. I gave her my name and the computer I guess started working, she told me I had to pay for the room, which I had already paid for. She insisted and when I tried to call Hotels.com it would not let me call. Finally I called the extended stay 800 number and ask for CS. She then gave me my keys. There was no handicap access and when we finally got to our room the toiletries and wash towels were in the trash can. I normally love extended stays but not this one!

The hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was very pleasant. I loved my room. Only thing I didn’t like was that I didn’t have a garage can in my room.
