Wow, I was excited to try a classic hotel on the strip after working a conference at the nearby Caesars Forum. What a let down. I should have just stayed at Harrahs and saved my money. Check in was a nightmare, the lobby is hot and lines are slow - mobile check in wasnt any better. The resort fee is an absolute rip-off at $52 per night - for nothing! The room advertised a coffee maker, but its a keurig and the pods are $22 for 4 (but what they dont tell you til after you buy them, 2 are regular and 2 are decaf). The room layout was ok, but the bed was uncomfortable and the rooms do not offer any noise reduction- I could hear conversations from the neighbors and the hallway - all day and night. Service everywhere was slow, rude and underwhelming. Im going to stay at places that are happy to have me as a customer and will not treat me like I'm inconveniencing them by staying there. I'm still blown away by the audacity of a $52 per night resort fee for absolutely zero amenities. Seriously disappointed.

I was very disappointed of Cesar Palace when I got there I got notified that the tower that I was going to stay had a power outrage and that I had to go to a different hotel that they sent me, 1 star hotel when I had paid for a 4 stars hotel, I asked to a least offer me an upgrade and that I will pay the differences but the teller his name was Rafael was kind of rude and not helpful at all, I got there with the expectations of being in a nice place like on my previous time that I had stay there I was celebrating my friends Birthday and this was an unexpected and very disappointing surprise specially when you are doing business with a

The room was extremely old and obviously hadn’t been updated/redone in many years. Burn marks on the tables, rips in the carpet, many scuffs and missing paint on the cabinets. On our 3rd afternoon, we were told the elevators were out of order. We waited 2 hours and then asked if we could use the stairs as we had reservations for supper and a show. They finally let us go up the stairs after previously saying it was 'unsafe'. After going to our dinner and show, we came back at 12:30am to the elevators still being out order. We were offered a new room. We then had to wait in line to get tickets for our new room. Upon arriving to the new room we noticed it was in even worse shape than the previous one. We had paid for a king bed aims now had two doubles. As it was 1:30am and we were tired, we went to bed. The next morning we went to the front desk to get a third new room! They gave us a new room, with a ki g bed. After having to move rooms 2 times and waste our vacation time packing and unpacking, all they order to compensate us for was a $50 resort fee for ONE night. When we were checking out we told them we would never stay at Caesars again. He ignored us and offered no apologies. The resort has significantly gone down hill since being bought by another company and we will no longer stay there or recommend it to friends.

Overall a very positive experience! Only issue was trying to get out of the parking garage after out stay. The key card the desk gave us didn’t work! Had to run back to the desk, leaving my truck at the gate. The new card I was given didn’t work either! Now, on my error, I didn’t notice the request assistance button the first time which would have saved a lot of grief and embarrassment. So, the moral of the story is if your garage exit card doesn’t work push the ask for assistance button. Also, if you know you are staying at the Nobu Hotel inside Cesars DO NOT got to Cesars’ main check in desk. The Nobu has their own check-in system which saves A LOT of time and headache. The Nobu was an awesome place to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful, and you essentially have your own private elevators. Not once in 3 days did we have to share an elevator ride with anyone. No stopping at x number of floors on the way down. Room was comfortable. King bed and a couch. Only downfall was no view from room. Just looked across at other rooms in another tower. Minor. My only real issue is with Cesars and their pools. The hours of the pools is 9:00-7:00. I wished they would have stayed open a little later. So, other than the parking garage issue and pool hours the Nobu was a 10/10!
