Overpriced, lacks hospitality

Nice hotel but overpriced. I had a room with a sea view. The room was clean enough and nicely but sparsely decorated. When I first arrived, security would not let me in the parking gate even though someone was behind me and I could not back out. This forced me to go up the very narrow drive on a steep hill which of course dead-ended, and then I had to figure out how to turn around without damaging the rental car. Very dangerous! All because I hadn’t yet paid for parking (this happened before check-in and I wasn’t yet aware that I couldn’t just take a ticket from the kiosk, like you normally would when you see the green button that says “take ticket”). So stressful. Also, the garage where you pay to park is not attached to the hotel, so you end up having to walk your luggage. Getting out of the garage was also a hassle. You must call to be let out since you no longer have your room key which doubles as your parking pass. No one offers to help with luggage. They really don’t know about hospitality. They are friendly to the extent that you are buying something. Buffet breakfast was subpar. The fruit was not fresh. For dinner, I’d been told about their seafood place (of course) and when I mentioned I was vegetarian, the advice was not to offer an alternative nearby, it was simply “don’t go.”

I loved the hotel, very good location and installations, excellent customer service, fantastic breakfast and food in general, good amenities. The only thing I didn’t like was that the air conditioning was not available at this time of the year, I would recommend this hotel

Soak up the rays on the roof deck

I thought the roof deck made all the difference. It had amazing views, the cabana was cushy, and the service and food were great. So glad we soaked up the sun there! Made it harder to go back to London.

Good

Nice rooftop pool area. Friendly staff. Very comfortable double bed. Only downside was indoor swimming pool not open and food ( both evening and breakfast) buffet was not very warm. After mentioning this to staff this did seem rectified on third night. Good offering itself was great with a big selection offered.

Great Hotel

Hotel in great location- roof top bar gorgeous- plenty of sun beds available at bottom level - rooms are big and clean with great sea view - free entertainment (music) provided on rooftop bar - free pool towels provided - Buffett breakfast and dinner has a huge range of choices for everyone- food is good but just a shame plates aren’t warm- you can pay for drinks as you go or charge to room - just a stroll acrid the road and your at the beach with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas €6 per person - would recommend hotel
