Days Inn by Wyndham East Albuquerque

Front clerk was super rude, the bed had hair EVERYWHERE, the heater did not work and nobody cared

I booked my son, his wife and 4 month old baby here for one night while his room at my house was finished being painted. He got into town at 11.30ish pm walked into the room, everything just looked dirty. Then there was a knock at the door and it was a person, who was obviously high on drugs wanting to know if he could use the bathroom!!!! My son packed the bags back in the U-Haul and came to the house. He would rather sleep in a paint fumed bedroom than stay at this hotel. I have never been so embarrassed booking a room for someone. Not a good first impression of Albuquerque!

Ridiculous had to leave $100 cash deposit when we checked in. Upon departure we had to check out and the clerk had to go check the room before we could get our deposit back. Again ridiculous.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. I don't think the room was sanitized. No tissues in the tissue holder, half a roll of toilet paper with no extra, stains on the sheets and a very bad smell in the room. It was not wjat i would expect of Days Inn.

I wish I got the lovely lady's name who checked us in and who I had a short pleasant chat. She was sweet and apologized for not having the free breakfast due to Covid. We were looking for a place that allowed dogs and didn't charge $75 for them. The Days Inn was very reasonable and only charged $25 for Frank. The room was comfortable, the decor very tired and it could have been cleaner. It sufficed for what we needed and we felt safe.

We did check in very late. Had been traveling all day. Brian at front desk wasnt at all friendly. I guess the sign posted on office window should have been the clue to get out. It talked about needles and fighting. We got 2 rooms 135 didnt even have a room nunber. Bedspread was stained with something white and crusty in several places rug was stained food crumbs under telephone curtain shreaded. My cousin slept in his clothes with his shoes on.

Clean room with older appliances. No good electrical outlets that were not taken. But otherwise, clean and WiFi worked.

Good location and very clean, particularly the bathroom. We did not like that the the AC was broken

Had a great stay. It was just a quick 1 nighter but the rooms were clean. Service was good.

So I stayed upstairs.. In order to get to my room you go up the stairs and pass a little hallway area.. There was homeless people hanging out there the few times I walked past.. There was one time I walked pass and seen that there was actually human feces.. It was disgusting to say the least. My room had a smoke detector with no battery. The towel rack over the vanity was hanging off the wall. If it would’ve fell someone could’ve been hurt. I called the day before checking in and was told pool was open.. Arrived and it wasn’t. The duvet had cigarette burns and different stains in it. I was not impressed. I can say that it was great to be able to have my dog with me.
