Courtyard by Marriott Indianapolis Airport

I was told that I could get a shuttle to the airport at 4 am, that was not the case at all. They did tell me they would pay for my uber, but it was cancelled the first time, then they were sending another uber, was going to take another 23 mins, by this time I was going to be late. One of the ladies at the desk offered to take me to the airport, what a blessing that was.

Not so good. No microwave in rooms. Very disappointing. My room key had a lot of malfunctions.

Rooms were run down, lights needed work and would flicker, lack of security and was woke up to people outside knocking on our window multiple times throughout the night.

The overall look of the place was good when we arrived. The parking lot was clean and the lobby was clean and updated with nice decorations. When walking up to our room on the 2nd floor we could smell weed smoke in the hallway. The room was a little weird smelling. Kind of like a lingering fast food smell. The room was clean though and the beds were comfortable. The ac unit was a little on the louder side but not terrible. We couldn't hear any noise from the hallway or from the rooms beside us so that was a huge plus. Overall for the price we paid for a night it was a good deal and we would definitely stay again.

Staff was very nice. Room was not very clean. Hair in the shower and communal bath products were unappealing.

The hotel lived up to its name by having a beautiful courtyard. The room also had an unexpected balcony.
