Richmond Hotel

I not yo lifts available and one of them was broken Not enough shower space. Bathroom gets flooded all the time Safe box not available Paid breakfast with limited options and fruits were not fresh

Located in the City. A very nice room. Colorful. Good tv-channels. Good restaurants around the corner. I am pleased.

In remodeling, dusty lobby , room TOO small, tight old elevator, no air conditioning and TOO expensive!

Hotel is undergoing renovation and expect some noises but overall service is good.

I liked my stay at the Richmond hotel. The Front Desk lady, name Grit, was very pleasant and offered to store my luggage while my room was being prepared (I arrived very early). Breakfast was amazing. The room was very clean, spacious and had a nice design, the bed was comfortable. The location is amazing as well, walking distance to Radhus and main shopping district. The only downside is the entry door to the hotel. It was a real struggle to get into the hotel with a stroller, as door was heavy and was closing on us. Also, elevators are tiny and since I was with stroller, I always had to wait long until an empty elevator arrives. Nevertheless, these things didn’t ruin my stay. I loved Richmond hotel and would recommend it to everyone.
