Quality Inn & Suites Albuquerque North near Balloon Fiesta Park

When I first checked in. The room had no smoke smell, the heater/cooler worked ok, the bathroom clean.There was a missed bedside table that wasn't wipe clean, also the was a red stain on one of the pillow cases and top bed sheet. I went back down stairs to ask if they can change the sheets & pillowcases, and the table to be wiped down. The guy told me to follow him. Went to a room in the middle of the hallway, he gave me extra sheets and said have a nice day.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! I would definitely stay there again. Great location as well. Right off I25 and right next to a gas station/circle k

I like the fact that we were put on the first floor, access to the exit door. But I did not like the bed covering, look like it had a blood stain on it or something. also, spider web on the fire sprinkler. not too good of housekeeping. with this pandemic, everything should be cleaned. No stains on bed covering or towels and NO webs anywhere.. walls should be wiped down.

Balloon festival not cancelled but there were about 50 that went up and the desk clerk said stand outside in parking lot. As we were coming back in another desk clerk said just go 3/4 mile behind museum and we had a WONDERFUL experience. The only thing, the parking lot should be cleaned twice daily! We also had a lovely bagged breakfast to take to watch the hot air balloons go up.

All it takes is one cockroach to ruin my stay.

Got in town early and was able to check in few minutes before 3pm. Service was awesome, room was clean and spacious and bed was great

Nice quiet stay. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Let's see where do I begin staff the guy when I arrived was very helpful very friendly I had to check out early and the woman who answered the phone in the office was pretty rude and didn't even have me sign anything so anybody could have gone into that room messed it up and it would have been on me. Holiness okay the rooms weren't that bad you're moderately clean but you can tell they were used lived in. Comfort everybody look like a drug at it you need to hear people talking crap through the walls I was not comfortable. But I have the basics you know bad TV water hot water or that semi locked and a nice view of the dumpster

The hotel was average in cleanliness and amenities. The real problem was the keys to get IN the hotel. The key system they had was so outdated that my key had to be re-keyed 4 times during a two day stay. The front desk staff was helpful, apologetic or accommodating. They were annoyed that they had to re-key me so many’s time. If you’re annoyed just move me to a better room!
