Great service and location. The room could be better but it's all about what you get used to.

The location could not be better. Liked the public spaces but room was tired ( but it was quiet at back). Breakfast buffet was very expensive and nothing special. Dr Zhivago next door was ok but service was casual and cold. By contrast the concierge, Anna, in the hotel was exceptional- she spoke perfect English, was charming and above all efficient in helping our travel arrangements.

Great location, lots of attractions are in the walking distance, metro station is near. Great breakfast and view to the Kremlin from the breakfast room. Room was clean and big enough for two people. Our window was facing busy road, but they have good windows and we did not have any noise issues.

Location , location. Hotel just on center of Moscow. Everything on walking distance.Price is fare , staff very friendly.

Rooms In need of an urgent update. Far from 5 star experience. The two restaurants on site however are newly refurbished and excellent.

Location of the hotel is perfect. We3 had two rooms, they both were great, clean, lot of space and well supplied. The people working there and their service are disappointing. They don't look pleased and therefor act like it. They don't greet, and have bad attitude. A night we decided to eat at the hotel restaurant, we were asked if we had reservation, we did not. We were told we needed to wait for an hour, we politely declined and that we were going somewhere else. From the moment we said we were going somewhere else, the person just turned around and left. No apologies, good bye, nothing. I read a review that the last morning they can take your stuff out before check-out time. I got ready, for just in case. That morning we went out and to return by 11:30AM. We found our two rooms locked out. The front desk said that they lock the rooms at 12:00PM, but it was not that time. They apologized and offered an extra hour. I said, I did not want an extra nothing, just the 30 minutes time I paid for to just pickup my bags. At least mine were there yet, the other review said they had taken the bags too. No a goo experience there, it is like they don't care, they took your money and they expect for you no to come. If you can find another hotel in same good location, consider it. Stay away from it. I had other situation I am not even commenting here. Avoid having your own bad experience. Enjoy your vacation better.

The experience was great . The service impeccable and the amenities first rate for the lovers of high class classical and refined culture. A jewel and a great hotel that is well managed .

Nice property. Great location. Friendly staff. But the car service to the airport that was offered was a rip off. I arranged a taxi.
