Ground floor room, extremely noisy from people above. Would suggest top floor room only in future

The beds were awful. Lumpy and hard. Can't enjoy your time if your back hurts the next day because the beds were so awful.

Absolutely beautiful room! The luxury was a very welcome delight. The bathroom was superior to any I have stayed in in many years! Clean and well appointed and certainly a big plus for this room.

Room was cold & no clean towels in room. Wasn’t impressed.

The room was excellent as was the view of the river. It was very clean and the decor was outstanding. Only problem was getting directions to best parking for the vicinity of room. It would have been much easier if I was told the letter on the entrance I should take.

It was amazing, friendly staff, great food, nice and warm room as during our stay the weather started to get into the 30s and rainy, beautiful view of the river and footbridge from our room. We will definitely use this hotel in the future
