Quality Inn

The room was clean and comfortable...It appeared rug and comforters on bed were new. I don’t think I ever saw a faucet sparkle so much! Plenty of parking. Disappointed at no breakfast.....the quality inn In Mt airy has cereal and oatmeal they let you take back to your room but this one didn’t even have that. Prolly different states different covid rules. Away from hiway so not noisy. On,y thing is all rooms are outside entrance so we had a group who felt the need to talk outside our door very loudly for a couple hours. Once they left all was good.

Great value

It was a miserable, disgusting establishment....we went COULD NOT STAY!!! we tried to make it ok even though it was NOT and the closer we looked the more NASTY and disgusting it got. They are trying to contest the refund. We still had to book (3) more rooms elsewhere to stay. If it were me I would revoke my Hotels.com logo from here because if anyone goes here first they will NEVER STAY ANYWHERE ELSE. Luckily me and my family have had A L O T.......of other great. , positive experiences with Hotels.com so we are not holding it against them. Just awful place.

Worst customer service from the owner that I have ever had!

They have the most comfortable beds in town but the owner is so disrespectful n rude. The hotel itself is a good place to stay as long as u can deal with the “gas” smell

Upon check in, the room had an ionizer machine running that was labeled not to be used in an occupied area. I had to unplug it and take it to the office. The room had an awful "off smelling" odor to it and it stayed all night. The room a/c unit had a scraping, grinding noise throughout the entire night. If it had not been so late and I not had two very sleepy and tired youngsters with us, I would have moved somewhere else. The drink machine was unplugged and I had to cross the street to a mini-market to get a couple of sodas and water. The only things in order were the ice machine and the linens and towels appeared clean. My last stay at this establishment!!

Older motel in fair condition. Outside modernized but rooms tired

It's literally less than 3 min from the highway which is great. The beds in the room I stayed in have seen better days. They were lumpy and very uncomfortable and in desperate need of being changed. There was a damp spot on the carpet. The rooms are cheap but honestly I'd say spend a little more and get a place with a bed that is less than 10 years old. Despite the super convenient location I will not be booking here again when I pass thru.

Everything was ok until I saw roaches I would stay again if they fix that problem
