Quality Inn Hayward

Very dirty, garbage was left in the room, pee on the toilet and hair and dirt left in the shower. The tv also didn’t work and the fire detector was hanging out of the wall so not sure if that worked either and the room smelled the cigarette smoke.

a lot of noise from cars passing through the street due to bad sunlight on doors and windows, the room smelling like weed, with many broken things. I would not stay again

Hotel double charged me even though I had a 3rd party reservation through here. Has not been fixed even after talking to front desk staff. Room was dirty. No towels. Sketchy people in parking lot.

So I do not want to give this review because I believe that the stahh at this hotel along with the owners work pretty hard to keep this hotel in as good condition as they can. The problem I had with my stay was not so much a proem with hotel it was problem with the other frequent customers here. I do not believe the hotel can choose it's guest but if this hotel chose to employ security then this place would be much more exceptable as for now this is a party place and it was the worst for a small child I witnessed a girl overdose I seen people trying to get into there rooms through windows.constant noise.

Hotel is next to a very busy street. I heard screaming outside my room at 5:30am. I was woken up by my car alarm going off at 7:00am and someone was looking down from the second floor and told me “I don’t know what happened.” No coffee maker in room, no soap or shampoo. Upon arrival there was no one to check me into my room. I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to return back to the desk and when they did the person was very rude. I won’t be staying here again. It made me almost laugh because it reminded me of something in the movies. I just got home and I feel like I need to take a shower just to wash the filthiness off of me. Please spend $5 or $10 more somewhere else. Don’t make the mistake I did by letting the name fool you. This is not a good quality inn.

The room was dirty with stains on the walls and floors left my socks dirty, towels were stained and gray instead of white.

Everything seemed fine until I noticed the flpor was wet in the bathroom. Then my husband took a shower and (I've never seen anything like this before) the water somehow leaked from the shower under the floor tiles (which you could peel right up), so much so that water splashed out from under them when stepped on. We cgecked in late and were tired and didnt want to go through the trouble of switching rooms by the time the extent of the problem was discovered. I couldnt believe that a) the staff wasnt aware of this problem or b) if they were aware and rented the room out, anyway! I took pictures and video of this disgraceful mess, I wish I could upload them! Aside from that, there was dust on the lamps and dirt or rust on the bottom of the refrigerator. I was literally checking in when, first, a car goes tearing down the street, going ridiculously fast, and then literally not a minute later and a pickup truck pulls out of a space at the motel and scrapes against the car in the space next to them, and peeled out of the parking lot. I looked at the clerk, horrified, worried for the safety of my own car. And the ice machine didnt work but there was no out of order sign, they just unplugged it. Definitely wont be staying here again.

Heavy traffic of people going in and out. The tv in the room didn't work. It was a nightmare

The worst hotel... dirty all over, they change my room twice and both of them were having bad smell, dirty and burn sheets! I took a video and couple of pictures to show it at the front desk and they were like okey whatever you can go somewhere else
