Super 8 by Wyndham Longview/North

Upon arrival the refrigerator didn't work. As it was already late I waited till the following day to ask for it to be fixed or replaced. I was told they would try to get to it right away but may not be done till the next day. They forgot about me even after the desk clerk left them a reminder as he had asked her to do... When I went to ask about it they apologized but said it was to late and wouldn't get to it till the following day. I asked for a refund and told them I wanted to check out. After arguing with me about it he decided to change out the frige I I'd stay but my mind was already made up. When working out of town I need a place to keep my food and drinks. When I let you know the frige isn't working it is because I need one not because I wanted you to know it wasn't working... If you care about you customers you will take care of there needs right away not three days later...take care of your customers!

I did have a very pleasant stay and had booked for 2 nights but completed my business in one and checked out early.

It was a place to sleep. Not impressed with the bed bugs!!! Never again will I stay there.

We found roaches and room smelled of smoke. Called front desk and they offered another room, but no thanks. Didnt stay. Was clean but when there is roaches it's not that clean to me.. js

The room had to much things in there and they where not friendly at the front desk.
