After visiting my family, came back to my hotel room about 2am & couldn't get in until 2pm the next day all with a dead phone because my charger were in the room along with my other belongings all because the key reader wasn't working for ANY KEY!
My stay wasn't so good due to a strong friction like a heavy iron release in that entire room. I was unable to sleep and my head starting hurting. I wanted to ask for my money or another night stay but I didn't. Rm 124..
I didnt have a microwave or refrigerator in my room like I normally do, other than that it was a great stay
Room was in rough shape. One outlet broken and unusable. Other outlet by bed was missing the cover. No screen in window, so we couldn't crack the window like we wanted. Hair dryer quit working in the middle of my wife using it. Hallways were pretty dirty. Ice machine on our floor was broken with a sign to use the one on second floor. Overall, the property felt neglected and run down. Had to wait almost 5 minutes for someone to come check me out at the front desk. Overall, a pretty poor experience. Most likely won't stay in this brand of hotel again.
One of my worst hotel experiences. Couldn't park on the side closest to our rooms due to area being full, but there was also people dealing drugs beside the hotel in that parking area. Both rooms blankets where dirty, one of the blankets had dried blood on them as well as lipstick on pillow, and some other pillows with something black on them. Bathroom floor needed swept and mopped, was dirt and hair behind the bathroom door, exhaust fan to bathroom in one of the rooms we rented didn't work. At check in the receptionist complained about other guest, and complained about lack of towels, sheets, and pillows. Looked like mold in corner of the room on ceiling by a window. On check out I mentioned to the receptionist about our issues and was told when we first get a room if we had called the front desk about our issues we should of been moved to a different room, nope the person was in a bad mood and only response was we don't have any blankets we can give you or pillows we are all out. She was also supposed to write down where we contacted the front desk about our issues and it didn't happen. Also one of the rooms we had booked my daughter and a friend was using and around 2 am they was woke up by the people in the next room having loud sex in their bathroom. My daughter and friend had to put shirt on the pillows in fear of what else could be on them, we had to buy a blanket so my daughter had one. The price needs dropped to $35 a night with how bad our experience was.
Things were ok until it came time to shower. Could not get the water on. Everything else was nice. I let the clerk know about the water situation when checking out. The clerk let me know that the knob needed to be pulled harder or wasn’t turned properly. This was in room 210. Everything else was nice minus the shower.
Worst hotel
The heater was loud and no soap in room. Left out of room to take my luggage to car before check out time and went back to room, the key did not work, I had to go back down stairs to have key reset and then walk back up steps, there was no elevator in use.
old hotel. non-smoking room smelled like smoke and weed. bed was comfortable. room and property are old and needs remodeling.
