Axiom Hotel San Francisco

Great hotel with friendly staff. Great shopping and restaurants nearby.

Clean, quiet, and close to about everything downtown. Parking is a bit of a hassle as there isn't any "onsite". But the public garage is only a couple blocks away (Mason Street - $35 per day).

I liked the decor and cleanliness of the property. They also offer filtered water stations on every floor. The bar in the lobby was nice. Only downside is that it closed really early at 8pm during our weekend stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect for attending an event at Bespoke. Extremely close to transit so we didn’t need to rent a car. The only complaint is that we had a rather noisy neighbor in the wee hours of the morning. The doors tend to slam shut and could be heard from our room. The second night was very quiet though (choose a quiet room).

Beautiful hotel and really clean room - great job! Only a few minor notes; 1. I never received my email receipt as requested. 2. The $16.00 Lasagne room delivery was a complete RIP OFF as the portion was beyond tiny; reminiscent of the old commercial: WHERE'S THE BEEF??? 3. Poor security sweeps as drunk female was seen and heard yelling in the super late hours across the hall!!!

the hotel is located in union square which made it so easy to walk almost everywhere with taking to many ubers. The trolley is located right outside the entrance. Just FYI, this hotel has two entrances, one right off the street and the other right across the shopping area which is where the trolley is located. The bart is also just a 5 min walk. The room was clean but small so I wouldn’t recommend it for more than two people. The check in was easy and painless but I wish the person checking us in was a bit more welcoming in and would of told me of the deposit that would be taken. It was refunded but just a heads up would of been nice. The total was exactly what I was quoted with hotels.com so feel secure if making you’re making a reservation through the app. Overall my sister and I had a great time exploring the city and loved how the hotel centrally located to almost everything.

Really enjoyed the newness of the building. The bathroom was really nice. The cafe was small but lots of choices for food. The arcade space only had 4 games and a food all table. I’d definitely stay here again.

Valet parking was an excellent service!

The property is located right by the Bart station exit on Powell Street. Also right in front is the Cable Car pick up location at Powell St. The location was very good, near to restaurants, shops, Union Square and many others. The hotel is very clean, modern, has a cute and convenient bar downstairs and you can order food as well. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The window faced Parc 55 side so it was a bit noisy at night, also because we were on the 2nd floor which was closest to the street noise. The hotel is a boutique hotel. I liked the location, decor and amenities. My only disappointment was that my room wasn’t decorated as they said they would with some birthday decorations. Strange to offer as an extra but then forget to do it. Just beware of the homeless in the area especially at night. I liked that to go into the hotel at night you needed the room card. Good security feature. Overall I would stay again and recommend it.

First the website calls it a resort fee. Then the check out documentation calls it an urban fee. Total scam. What extra services are being provided? Ask the front desk and they can't even hold a straight face when answering.
