Pleasant weekend during peak December
My husband and I stayed for the weekend in the King suite with spa tub. There was no room service due to COVID. But the room was clean. There was free limited parking. The restaurant at the INN was also closed due to COVID. Check in and out was smooth and social distance friendly. Prices are high due to high demand during peak months and it is walking distance to small shops and restaurants. Overall pleasant experience and would stay again but book in advance to save money.

On my way out to Leavenworth I lost my ability to taste and started to feel very ill. We finished the drive but realized it would have been irresponsible to stay. While sitting in the parking lot trying to call the hotel. We noticed one of the housekeepers walking around with her mask under her nose and just a small cleaning basket. We realized then it would be a very bad idea to stay as we wouldn’t know how the room would be cleaned after our stay. We called the hotel 5 times and got no answer. Finally, someone picked up and we were put on hold for 10 minutes. We hung up and called back only to be told we would have to pay full price for the room even though it seemed like I had the virus. The streets of Leavenworth were packed and I’m sure they rented the room out after we canceled. I have now had to pay full price for this room simply because I was sick with symptoms that match the virus. Should I have stayed and infected people?!

We traveled for our Anniversary. The bed was horribly uncomfortable, we both woke up with backaches. We were also on the second floor and could hear every time the people above us walked across the floor, it was not what we expected at all

We stayed in the grand suite and it was gorgeous! The bed was really comfy and the fireplace was wonderful. My favourite was the huge jacuzzi though.

It was a wonderful room. Very pretty updated bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Heater worked and had a beautiful morning view of the snowy mountains. Definitely will stay again!

It was really close to all the fun stuff yet far enough away that noise wasn’t an issue. I loved having a giant spa bath tub right in the main bed room so I could watch the Hawks game from there!

Booked a queen room and it was lovely. Great location, comfy bed, super cute cozy room with spacious bathroom. Staff were super friendly & the little wine/beer bar convenient for a night cap ipa on tap.
