Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos All Inclusive

Pool area was good, music was good. It took an hour to attend to room service after calling 4 times, Condensation issues in the room. Language barriers for communication.Family separated to different buildings despite request to find closer proximity. Servers getting orders wrong -mexican restaurant. Food wasn't that great. Too many offers for time share.

This property was awesome. The people are fantastic and the food is excellent. The property was clean, safe, fun, and inviting.

Great hotel, food mediocre, I would suggest to designate one out of six pools to be more quiet and relaxing. Overall really good hotel, plenty to do, decent entertainment.

We enjoyed every part of our stay at the hardrock, even checking in. Every staff member was attentive and so friendly. Our room was incredible with a great view of the ocean. We did plenty of in room dining and it was so nice to have breakfast on our patio. All the restaurants we went to were incredible. The food was great and the service was fantastic. We also enjoyed all the entertainment and bands. All in all it was a great trip. Everyone was so thoughtful and made us feel really special on our honeymoon. We will be back!

The property is a year old... very welcoming. The staff provided everything we needed.

The staff was very under trained and dismissive. They didn’t answer any room service calls and also failed to provide assistance with finding parts of the resort or activities. We were stuck in a 3hour time share presentation for whatever reason and we’re handled on our way out.

Great amenities. Food selection was ok. Hotel hallways could be more clean and swept more often.

We just returned last night, our group of eight came from the DFW area of Texas. There is no doubt we all loved this vacation. Jamaica does not hold a candle to Cabos! The Hard Rock staff was incredibly nice and always attentive. The rooms were very clean. We do wish the room service cleaned the room more often, we only saw them once at 2:30 pm and that happened to be when we were taking a nap from being in the sun too long lol. The room service food was excellent every morning and the restaurants were all excellent as well. The best food we picked was the hibachi place, loved it. We pre-booked Dan Luxury transportation for our round trip van from the airport and they were excellent as well! We can’t wait to go back soon I hope.

Had a really good time. I do advise you to confirm your shuttle time back to airport if you book through Expedia Shuttle hosted by Gray Lines. Disappointing, avoid having to call a taxi, extra $140 dollars.
