Stay was nice! Friendly staff. Clean rooms.

Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean but that’s about the only thing. Stains all over the carpet, dirt in the ice (see pictures), and there was a USED dirty washcloth still in the shower, which makes me think they didn’t clean the shower in between stays. A little disappointed considering it was $100 per night. The receptionists were both extremely nice though.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't like the noise levels: we could hear the traffic on Buford Hwy all night and could hear voices through the walls and doors. Was pleased to see they required gloves for the breakfast bar but apparently, masks were not required :(

The staff was nice enough, but this hotel isn't well kept up. Our room initially had bed bugs (which we only saw the morning after our first night), so we were quickly switched to another room. In that room, my 7-year-old son was getting into the shower and the heavy glass shower door fell off the track, nearly hitting him. It was very heavy but I was able to log ft it and get it back on the track. However, the shower doors still didn't slide well and weren't properly mounted. We were afraid of them falling again. The breakfast was good, and included sausage, eggs, and waffles, but the COVID restrictions at this hotel were ridiculous. Everything was individually wrapped (even single pieces of bread for toast) and then you still had to wear gloves to touch anything. Also, everything was to-go only with no tables for seating. Maybe this is typical for hotel restrictions these days, but it seemed a bit excessive to me, since staff members did not wear.masks. I would not stay here again.

I’ve always enjoyed Comfort Inn Suites and Hampton Inn. You are the two best places I’ll stay because of the cleanliness, the comfort of the bed and of course the free breakfast. I’m a member of Choice Hotels yet EXPEDIA was cheaper by FAR! Expedia will be my only outlet for reservations!!! Annie Iverson

It was okay. I was there to buy an item and needed a place overnight. I would do it again.

Over all it wasn’t a bad stay. When we walked in it smelled like weed and was super strong. The lady behind the desk apologized and said they were trying to figure out who it was so they could ask them to leave. They have a little “market place” with Advil, cough drops, deodorant and stuff like that to buy so I thought that was super nice so you don’t have to run to the store if you forget something. The room was nice, the only issue was the bathroom shower was a walk in and only one door worked and it didn’t close all the way and the door handles on it were super loose. Other than that it was a nice stay

My family and I stayed here on July 4th weekend. I was bitten by bedbugs but I didn't notice anything right away. I woke up the next day, went down to the lobby to get breakfast, my family and I checked out. I wore shorts the day we checked in but we also went to see fireworks that night. I noticed my leg was itchy the next morning so I disregarded it because I figured I had been bitten by mosquitoes. We arrive home several hours later and I took my shower got ready for bed, still itchy, I noticed I had little red bumps on both of my legs. I've never been bitten by bedbugs before so I googled images and sure enough that's what my bite marks looked like.

Not as clean as I would have liked but over all not bad for the money.
