AWFUL. Wish could give no stars

Awful, elevator not working other 2 very slow. No hairdryer or refrigerator. Ice machine only on 10,12&14 floors. Maid refused to bring ice! Finally found another one that did deliver. Which I knew her name, she was nice!Stairway not well lite, litered, looked like homeless stayed there. Leaky coffee pot. The vig is not a restaurant as advertised, is pub very little appetizers. Refused to give coffee in morning to bring to room. Rude & just said go to StarBucks, outside on corner. No free Wi-Fi. Very expensive for what you get.$27 parking fee. Never again & telling everyone. Luckily there are very good restaurants around there. Y you need to go there & review again. Shouldn’t be on your website.

Needs a refresh

The room smelled very bad --like a musty dusty basement. The carpet was dirty and worn. The bathroom fixtures and vanity were chipped and old. Housekeeping woke us up at 9:30 on a Sunday morning--wanting to clean the room. There wasn't a refrigerator in the room and no fan in the bathroom

Dirty w/no support

I used to stay here a few years ago but it is all differnt. Car valet is gone, and so is the service. We arrived at 9pm to all parking lots full. The lot attendent sat in the booth and didn't acknowledge we were right in front of him. The additional lot across the street was also full because the hotel let people attending a basketball game nearby use the lot. The check in people were clueless as to what we should do with our car, downtown with tough parking enforcement. I was so angry that I left the car at the front door of the hotel. Now, the room. Gross! The hotel shower had mold on the soap dishes and the coffee pot had dirty a coffee pod still in it. There were wrappers behind the nightstand from previous guest (found those when I wanted to plug my phone in as none of the outlets in the lamps worked. Frustrating and unacceptable.

Hotel was ok. Dated, but wasn't too expensive, so can't complain. Surprising for a Hilton.

Property is in need of many upgrades. Restaurant is awful, food and service. Parking was a nightmare. You will be charged every night but not guaranteed a spot. While there for a dance competition, the hotel rented out their garage to the hockey game patrons as well (and charging the less!) this leaving no spots for the hotel guests. Unacceptable. Rooms old and beds are tiny. Linens need to be upgraded as some were torn. Shower hairy. Yuck. Very disappointing that we were sent here by the local competition and these are the conditions. Would not recommend and will not return.

Staff was nice, parking free, beds comfy, however room smelled, no mini fridge, rusting bathroom fixtures, peeling wallpaper…overall the property was very run down. We were disappointed considering it was a Hilton.

Not Hilton Quality

Although clean, the overall condition of the hotel is not what I would expect from a Hilton-branded hotel. Very "tired" and dated, both the individual rooms and the common areas. We had a "2 double beds" room and they were indeed merely "double" beds. Not Queen-size. That is what was advertised, so not complaining. But again, get with the 21st century and have queen beds! We stayed during a very cold weekend (in the teens). Thankfully, our room was comfortable but other areas in the hotel, including the dining room had no heat. I understand things can break, but from talking to the staff, this was not unusual. On the plus side, the location was very good for our purposes (a wedding at the Library) and it was right off I-95. Although this did not happen to me personally, another member of our extended party was promised the bridal suite as an incentive for all of us booking there. Somehow the hotel screwed that up and cancelled her booking (even though it had been confirmed). Not the end of the world, but they needed the extra space for the bridal party to get hair/makeup done. Not only would the hotel not remedy the situation and provide the room, they refused to even allow the bridal party to use an empty conference room or other available facility. The desk just kept saying the sales office was closed and wouldn't be back until Monday. So very poor customer service. Especially when the wedding generated well over $4000 in revenue for the hotel that weekend
