Modern and smart design capsule hotel. Really clean, comfortable and the pyjama provided is a nice addition. The only downside is that they wake everyone up at 9:30 am with the built-in speaker and you have to check-out at 10:00 am and check-in again every day even if you're staying longer than 1 night.

Worth it for the experience! Very clean, nice bathrooms. Very convenient location near Namba metro station. Unfortunately capsules are not sound proof with just a curtain blind, but they provide earplugs on request. Not sure why check out everyday is necessary when staying multiple nights.

Very near to subway and JR stations. Countless of shopping areas and eateries just down the hotel. Every corner is spick and span. However, some of the guests can be noisy late at night and in the morning while you are sleeping. And you have to pay for the room daily every time you check in for the night, instead of all the days you have booked beforehand. But what’s convenient is your locker is fixed. You get the same locker Everyday so you can put your luggage in there when you have checked out for the day.

ninehours was clean, stylish, and well-equipped. My only complaint was the bed and pillow which were hard. Nonetheless, I would return!

The best capsule hotel there is! I’ve stayed the one in Kyoto, Narita and now here. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Ambience and lighting is calm and soothing. The capsule is bigger than you think. Showers are private and very comfortable. For those who are noise sensitive like me, I always recommend bringing earplugs in case of the snoring neighbour. If you don’t have, ask the receptionist. They may have it.

I have booked staying at nine hours for my first 3 nights. Here are my overall experience: - Location is easy accessible to everywhere like restaurants, convenience store and shopping districts. - Staff are friendly and helpful At the front desk Also, we have to check out everyday by 10am and come back and check in again at 1pm since there’s cleaning time -Since I was allocated to the bunk bed which closed to the corridor and I can loudly hear people come in and out. Luckily I have bought my ear plugs with me but still it’s quite noisy. Try to ask to have the sleeping pod away of the corridor. Overall, the stay is alright.

I found the setup of the hotel to be fantastic. Lockers were generously sized, plenty of bathroom facilities for guests, and a good location. But unfortunately I can't provide a good score simply because I was not able to get adequate sleep. While this is primarily because of a few obnoxious guests who don't show any courtesy to other guests, I think the hotel does have a responsibility to enforce their rules to ensure comfort for all guests. Guests should never be able to walk with loud shoes through the sleeping corridor, or wheel large pieces of luggage around. I found these problems to be rampant throughout the night (though this was a Friday night, so it may be better on weeknights).
