Residence Inn by Marriott Toronto Mississauga West

I simply asked for the washroom to be freshened up with towels and cleaned. No one came so I called again and still no one came the third time I called someone came to the door. And asked me do I want my washroom cleaned now or after I check out. That was the worst service I have ever seen from a hotel. You never ask why someone wants the washroom cleaned or frenshed up. Moreover, one of the ladies tried to speak to me in another language thinking I speak her language to try to explain why they don't want to clean the washroom. My advice to the staff never question why a guest wants the washroom cleaned or refreshed you just do it without any questions at all.
