Can not say enough how wonderful this rental was. A home away from home it was luxury at its best. Amazing communication with owner and provides so much info just when you need it. You cannot go wrong renting this place. Next time we will rent longer and bring more family. We loved it so much we want to by a condo in the complex. If you want a taste of st maarten with a place that has the amenities, close drive to airport, easy access to French side and easy access to mullet beach and cupecoy beach in your back yard, look no further.

We had a wonderful week. The unit is close to restaurants (Jules has the best pastries) and popular beaches, but has plenty of privacy. The Cupecoy beach club is the perfect resort. The unit is very very nice and has spectacular views. We had issues with roof work being done (noise and tarps), but Sean was understanding and helpful in trying to minimize the disruption. Although St Maarten is in the midst of rebuilding after Irma, this unit and beach club are excellent, and the island has much to offer (blue waters, snorkeling, & a friendly atmosphere).

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sunset Dream condo. It is large and has an interesting layout with three balconies. The view of Cupecoy beach, and its cliffs, is truly amazing. As many reviews have mentioned, the condo has everything you wouldn't normally find in a rental property. There are great backpack-able reclining beach chairs, a beach umbrella, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, beach mats, you name it. The cupboards are stocked with everything you need and there is a variety of alcohol available to make cocktails with. The location is great as well, making it easy to get to many attractions including the fine restaurants in St. Martin. Cupecoy beach is stunning to explore walking from cove to cove along its majestic cliffs. It is also a very short walk to the beautiful Mullet Bay beach. The neighborhood, in fact the whole island, feels very safe and the people are very friendly. I would advise guests to bring movies on USB since the TVs have no cable and we couldn't get the apps, (I.E Netflix), to run. When we tried to run the apps it said that you must agree to the terms and conditions, which it tries to download for several minutes, and then it gives you an error saying that the network is not stable. We didn't mention this to the owner because we had a Chromecast so we were able to cast Netflix from our phone to the TV, though this was flaky as well. The WIFI seem great for surfing the Web though. I have to mention that the owner, Sean, is a man of integrity who is great to deal with. We highly recommend this condo! - Phil, Kathy, Briana, Sara

Beautiful property; excellent location with nearby beaches, restaurants, cafes, bars, casinos, etc all within walking distance or a short drive; the property's beach by itself is very private and wonderful - we also enjoyed nearby Mullet Bay beach as well

This is the second time that we have stayed at this property and loved every moment of it, although we have decided to stay longer the next time we visit! This home is beautifully maintained and has all one would need on vacation! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would find at your own home - if you wanted to cook meals in or bring have take out. Glassware, plates, pots, pans, utensils and spices. The bed in the master bedroom and the furniture are all very comfortable and there were always enough bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, noodles and a beach umbrella. Everything is in great condition! And, as wonderful as this unit is, I feel the location on the island could not be better...There are great restaurants across the street to go to, as well as Thai and pizza take-out. And, the beach at Cupecoy was AWESOME this year and being walking distance to Mullet Bay for rum punches and ribs was a bonus! A truly wonderful and special place to stay...Thank you!

Well-equipped condo with stunning views and easy access to a small secluded beach. Located near airport and short drive to many other beaches and great restaurants (don't let curb appeal dissuade you from dinning). French side within easy reach, but avoid rush hour. Planning our next visit.

This condo was spotless. Open and spacious. Loved the deck overlooking the ocean. Perfect sunset every night. Bedrooms are very accommodating. The owners have thought of many things that make your stay very enjoyable. Umbrella, chairs, floaters......the condo is fully furnished! I wish we had use of a clothes washer/dryer in the unit though. Parking is very scarce but always found a place to park. The security guards at the gate were all really a pleasure. The pool/club house people were warm and friendly. Swim right up to the bar and get a drink. The residence and guest were all very nice. The walks on the beach were great and very clean. We loved walking to the grocery store and always stopped at the French Bakery and Fat Tony's . A Casino right across the street and a few in town. Cheri's in town was highly recommended for drinks, food and entertainment. We never had a poor meal anywhere. All were great and enjoyed everyone we went too. My husband and I have stayed at Sunset Dreams for our 4th year now, and we always enjoy our vacations here. The location and the beach are the best! The island is easy and fun. Lots to explore and very relaxing.I can't imagine going anywhere else! The condo is beautifully decorated and furnished, clean, and there is everything that you could possibly need available. Another great thing is that the complex is gated and guarded 24/7, which is comforting while staying in another country. Although we have never had any problems while vacationing on St. Martin. We cannot wait for next year already!!! Thank you again for sharing your place! And I actually got a picture of the green flash!!!
