The hotel was average, staff was not as friendly. The location was supposed to be close to all but there were too many hwy detours and roads to take to get to the hotel. I thought I got a good deal online for this hotel, but upon check out, the front desk gave me a wrong invoice & I noticed that customer received a lower rate! Good Internet connection. Close to airport about 10 minute shuttle ride. Hotel is a bit old but still ok. Good Italian restaurant attached. No where to walk in surrounding area.

It was just an overnight stay and I'm not usually very picky; but, they gave away our room that was booked almost a month in advance. The general state of the hotel was fine, but that one HUGE factor just made it a horrible experience.

Actual room was clean but window frames and doors were in need of refinishing. Hallway could be freshened up odourwise, could be better illuminated. Pool was not available. Exterior could stand a good clean up. Lobby staff were not overly pleasant.

This hotel is very affordable and convenient to the airport. Shuttle was quick and friendly. We absolutely loved the restaurant. The food was Italian and very good quality. The rooms are a bit dated but we found them to be clean and sufficient. Our only complaint is that the layout of the hotel is crazy. The internet in the hotel never worked and the staff never cared to fix the problem. Do not ever stay in this hotel, their service is really bad.

The rooms were great. The neighborhood is surround by other hotels. Their were plenty of parking spaces. The only thing was the restaurant was a little pricy. It's best to go out and get breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

I just got back from a 4 day trip and although I didn't stay much in my room, this complex was a great value for dollar. Friendly staff, and easy access to both to hwy 15 and 720, for a quick 15 min drive to downtown. It's an industrial zone but a safe neighbourhood. We were at ease. Thanks

when we checked in at 5:30 in the morning, the guy at the counter took extra time to check us in and like as an excuse at one point he said, "we thought you are a no show". Thats not pleasant or welcoming to hear after you prepay all charges, I expected them to be ready no matter when I arrive. Other than this, the stay was great. The room was very […] large and clean, washroom was well-prepared and clean. Lots of sunlight in the room. TV was old and not HD. I think they clean the rooms only once in the early morning, since we woke up late on both days, our room was never serviced during our 2 days stay even though we were out from morning till late at night. Nonetheless, I was satisfied and I would recommend anyone to stay here for the price. If you are a tourist and own a car, you will find the location the best! Some updates have been completed but not all. It was quiet, comfortable and close to where I was working.

the hallway in the section I occupied was designed on two levels, I was therefore, unable to use one cart to take my luggage to the door of my room because of the stairs! I was forced to transfer my luggage from one cart to another which I found tedious and inconvinient, that single issue would preclude my use of the same location again. I read some reviews and they were bad. I booked this hotel regardless. I think people want 5 star luxury on a 2 star price. I found the place to be clean and comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights and I have no complaints what so ever. If you just need a place to sleep and shower. You can't beat this. The price is very reasonable.

Notre suite et l'hôtel en général étaient bien tenus et propres. En entrant dans l'hôtel, il y avait toutefois un "fond" d'odeur bizarre. Par contre, c'est le seul aspect qui clochait un peu. Le personnel était sympathique, je me suis fait servir en français (par les employés de la réception ainsi que le chauffeur de la navette) même si ce n'était manifestement […] pas leur première langue, la chambre était grande et propre. Il n'y avait toutefois pas de mini-bar dans la chambre. J'ai bénéficié du service de navette (qui passe à toutes les demi-heures) ; il faut avertir à l'arrivée (pour se rendre à l'aéroport) et appeler l'hôtel quand on veut qu'on vienne nous chercher. Propreté de l'établissement OK. Service à la réception laisse à désirer, le commis plutôt bête. En plus, si vous quittez pour un voyage à l'extérieur et voulez laisser votre voiture dans le stationnement de l'hôtel prévoyez des frais supplémentaire pour chaque journée (ce qu'ils ne disent pas lors de votre réservation) surprise !
