My stay started out a little rocky that was my fault, but the woman that owns the B&B was very polite and kind. I showed up at about 1 in the morning to a house that she owns. I thought they would have 24 hour service, but they don't. It was my mistake for assuming. I called the owner a couple times and she answered. She let me in with no questions […] asked and escorted me to my room. It was clear she had been sleeping and even showed me around a little bit. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. My room did not have a TV, but other rooms did. I spoke with the lady on my last evening when I was coming back from being with some friends. We spoke for a few minutes and she is extremely friendly. Great location. Host was great. Close to subway. Close to park. Food hard to find close. Ate at Lincoln Tavern, which was good.

Rooms were beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly.

The proprietor was very friendly. The room was nice and the bed very comfortable. One suggestion I would make is have a small trash receptacle in the room.

Our stay was reasonable. The facilities were spacious and clean. Unfortunately, we had an unwanted visit from the innkeeper at 8:15 AM the morning after checking in. There is a $75 cleaning fee that we were not aware of (having booked through expedia). However, the innkeeper accused us of knowing about the fee and decided that knocking at the door at […] 8:15 AM was an appropriate time and manner in which to bring her accusation forward. El hotel es limpio, las piezas cómodas y el baño amplio. Si bien está muy cerca de Prospec Park y del Jardín Botánico de Brooklin y también de un metro que cruza al sur de Manhattan, está muy a tras mano para moverse a los demás sitios de interés de la ciudad. Además está lejos del aeropuerto.
