"Cute Botique Hotel, no nightly maid service"
The hotel is really cute, nice rooms and beautiful grounds. The Mexican restaurant associated with it is nice too, providing poolside service. My only quibble is there was no daily maid service, so make sure you hang up those towels to dry!

The rooms and atmosphere at the Los Arboles Hotel were fun and relaxing. It is an excellent choice if you want to stay at a more local flavor, bungalow type atmosphere hotel. The room was very comfortable anxd upscale. The attached Mexican restaurant was excellent. If you are a business traveler, this is probably not the hotel for you. There are no […] desks to work at in the rooms, the Internet service was spotty and there were no business center resources, like printers, to use. "Nice hotel, not sure it is for business traveler"
5 of us stayed there while at a trade show. Nice hotel, clean rooms, quiet. My issue is the lack of service. The hotel doesn't have any breakfast or even coffee in the morning. The reception doesn't even open until 9 am. The posted address is confusing and hard for taxis to find. "Los Arboles hotel"
My boyfriend and I stayed here on a whim. Such a cute quiet little hotel with maybe 27 rooms. Hotel staff was very accomodating bringing us a refrigerator and ice with no extra cost in a timely manner. We also were granted a late check out with no problem, The food in the restraunt next door was fabulous and staff was really accomodating, even remembering […] where we were staying and who we were. We stayed in a room right near the road...but we weren't bothered at all by the traffic noise or the restraunt just a few feet from our door. We would highly reccomend this hotel for a nice little romantic get away. We even laid outside on the pool chairs after going out for a while at night and watched the stars in peace an quiet. "your neighborhood hacienda"
Very cute place. They did a great job with the remodel, everything is high end and the rooms are comfy and clean. After a long day we had dinner at the restaurant..top notch! When I come back to Palm Springs..this is where I want to stay!

Beautiful hotel! Great little pool with a wonderful deck and plenty of very comfy lounge chairs. The hotel rooms were very nicely decorated and clean, The staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Will absolutely stay there again!
"Nice accommodation!"
The place is clean, nice looking and the staff is very helpful. I was in Palm Springs for biz so I couldn't really take advantage of any of the amenities (like the pool and the jacuzzi). The restaurant doesn't serve breakfast, but there is a really nice place just a couple of blocks away (I think it's called Cheekey's or something like that).
"Comfy & cozy and good to be lazy"
Great Hotel!! Staff is courteous and friendly, rooms are extremely clean and cozy. Parking lot may be a bit hard to find but not really a big deal after your pointed in the right direction. Couldnt have been happier for my New Years stay in Palm Springs. Definitely staying here next time!

Hotel is new and still need to work out some details. Most aspect were up to what you can expect at the price but a negative was that we were running out of hot water during showers. Pool was nice and hotel is clean. Location is good.

This newly renovated boutique hotel is an excellent buy- good location, has all the basic elements in an upbeat Southwest atmosphere. Some highway noise at night, and the pool was not heated,but the next door restaurant Marisol is outstanding. .
"Los Arboles -- good value in Palm Springs"
We stayed one night at the Los Arboles on our way to Tucson. Room was small, but nicely decorated. Didn't use the pool, but it looked very nice. On site Mexican Restaurant was excellent and very convenient. On the street at Indian Canyon, so there was a little traffic noise....but overall a great value and would definitely stay there again.

The walls are paper thin and the hotel is situated on a main road. I heard everything the room next to me and got no sleep at all!

Beautiful boutique hotel comprising little chalet-style bungalows around a pool and jacuzzi with a p[retty good restaurant attached. Convenient for uptown Palm Springs. Quiet and comfortable with friendly staff. One problem for me was that the wifi wouldn't reach to my room - which meant the occasional skype call standing out by the pool in the dark. "Beautiful little hotel"
Very clean, very nice and a beautiful little hotel.. Very close to downtown and and the tram. Also yhe staff was very nice and friendly.. The only bad thing about the hotel is, the rooms are very small.. Almost no room to go around the bed, and surprisingly, there is no fridge in the rooms.. "Beautiful premises"
I stay a lot at hotels and I know this place only has been open for about 5 months so they are working out some of the bugs. Overall, the service and atmosphere was awesome. They need a few signs directing people where things are, like the office, the restaurant and even when you first arrive its hard to find the parking area. They need the restaurant […] phone number pre-dialed on the phone because I could not find the number anywhere to order food. Also, the room itself could have used an alarm clock and a small table to set my computer, purse etc. Also, you had to go to the front desk for ice and I think there should be a self serve ice maker. Oh yah, no way to get coffee in the morning before the restaurant opens. A pot of coffee at the lobby would have been nice. I know it sounds like I'm bashing the place but those things would have made it a phenomenal experience verses a good one. This hotel surpassed my expectations. The staff was exceptional and the grounds are pristine. Only drawback was that the room was a little too small for two girls with too much luggage. However, will definitely go back soon.
