Residence Inn Jackson - Jackson

Everything was very nice at Residence Inn Jackson. It is a little pricey. The only other issue is that there is no dining options nearby. The hot breakfast was very goof.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and enjoyed the stay greatly. We were there over the Christmas holiday and prepared a meal for our family in the well furnished kitchen in our room. We enjoyed the in-door pool and hot tub as well as the gym and laundry facilities. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about our stay except the cost of the items found […] down stairs at the little "market". $5.49 for a coffee drink seems excessive. We were amazed at the hotel. There was nothing negative about our stay. The hotel was exceptionally nice and clean. Very tasteful and elegant. The staff was amazing! Every single person we encountered was so friendly - and not fake friendly - they were truly nice! The breakfast was excellent with a good variety. It was very well prepared, not your typical […] hotel free breakfast. The evening social meal was very good too. Delicious homemade chocolate cake. We fought over who got the last bite! The room was large, spotless, full fridge, small stove, dishwasher, microwave, dishes etc. The furnishings and decor were great. Indoor pool and hot tub were in excellent condition. Basically it was a great stay. I have stayed in lots of hotels for work - Missouri, Arkansas, Tennessee, Kansas, Indiana, Georgia, Kentucky and Texas. This was, by far, my favorite place to stay. We have stayed here before and the rooms are still very nice and staff is very friendly. We did have an issue with the TV channels not working. But, I called and they immediately moved us to a new room that did work. They have a full hot breakfast,free, every morning. We will stay here in again in the future as well.

My son & I stayed for two nights & we were extremely satisfied with the room and with the hotel staff. They were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar was great also. We also enjoyed the exercise room. the pool & the hot tub. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is very convenient to the highway also.

This hotel is great. It's brand new, opened 6/11, and the rooms are nicely appointed. Staff was very nice and professional. The room was like a 1 bedroom apartment with everything you need. The breakfast was very good and hot. Plenty of places to eat lunch or dinner within a couple of miles. I will suggest staying here, it's really worth it.

This hotel is brand new and nice. They need to keep an maintenance person on site over the weekend. We had a plumbing issue and we were told that maintenance doesn't work the weekend. NUTZ!

We visit Jackson,TN area every couple yrs. Stayed in other hotels in past in area. This is by far the best place we have stayed in Jackson if not ever! I'm sure it helps that the hotel was recently built in 06/11. But, very nice, spa like decor. Beautiful rooms, top of the line everything. Even stainless appliances. Granite in kitchen/bathroom. Down […] comforters and pillows. Bed was very comfortable. My husband and I both commented on how well we slept. For a studio, it was more the size of a one bedroom. Great use of space with furniture that seems to be custom made for that exact purpose. I hope they keep this place up because we plan on staying here from now on. Oh, and you get a FREE REAL breakfast every morning. Eggs,waffles,juice,oatmeal,toast,hash browns... Service was also excellent. Friendly, helpful staff! Stylish decor! Rooms so inviting and comfortable, we wished for a longer stay!

My Sprint phone got no signal in this hotel. It's new, so everything is nice. The only thing you can walk to is a gas station convenience store.
