Our stay at this hotel was an excellent experience. The dinner menu and service was quick as we had booked a show we were in a hurry and it was no problem to the waiter getting our food served in plenty of time. Top marks to this lovely hotel.

The whole experience this last weekend was fantastic. A 5 min walk from the station and every morning straight onto Princes Street. Lovely staff, nothing too much trouble, even a glass of milk at 2am. The breakfast was outstanding and made to order. "ROSLH Edinburgh - wonderful"
Lovely hotel in a historic building. Very friendly and helpful staff and happy for a chat. On one of the main streets, 5 min walk from train station. View of Edinburgh Castle. Excellent breakfast. Rooms are comfortable. Would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this old and very nice hotel. It is close to everything; you can walk to the castle or the city center. Only problem was to park our car. "Nice staff & food, but single room let it down"
Staff were really nice and helpful, food was nice with a good choice of menu. The single room let the hotel down though. It was a bit dark and poky and the furniture old and scruffy. On the up side the bathroom was recently tiled and nice and clean.

Best location with great view of the castle. Room very spacious with enormous very comfortable bed and large bathroom. Breakfast excellent with great fruit selection as well as large cooked choices. All round great experience and will use again.

英語が流暢に話せない私でも親切に対応してくれる。 食事はビュッフェと注文できる。普通に満足。 部屋は本当にきれいで、これでこの値段？と思うくらい満足。部屋からのキャッスルビューは最高で、夜でもライトアップされたエディンバラ城が眺められる。立地も満足。 Wifiも部屋でちゃんと使える。写真と違い、入口が建物と建物の間にあったけど、きにするほどでもないし、いろいろな店のある通りなので、ついでに買い物できる。 本当にスタッフが皆親切でおもしろい。ぜひ、また利用したい。

Varmt och vänligt bemötande även av gäster som inte är medlemmar i ROSL. Tyst, rent och bekvämt rum på baksidan av hotellet. Utsikten över Princess Street Gardens kan man få från restauranten eller baren.
"God beliggenhed men for dyrt"
Hotellet ligger rigtig godt placeret, men er for dyrt ift. den generelle standard. De ansatte er meget servicemindede og flinke, men hotellet fremstår gammelt og slidt. Utrolig meget trafikstøj på værelserne ud mod vejen/slottet, og der er ikke a/c, så man er tvunget til at åbne vinduerne om sommeren. Morgenmaden er bestemt ikke noget særligt (f.eks.
