Zarezerwowaliśmy ten hotel na nasz 1 noc w Hanoi ze względu na doskonałe opinie na trip advisor. Nie byliśmy zawiedzeni! Od chwili, gdy odebrano nas z lotniska do czasu wyjazdu Hanoi, usługi, które otrzymaliśmy były doskonałe. Przyjechaliśmy, byliśmy witani z mile widziani napoje i ręczniki, i pokazano nam nasz pokój. Ponownie nasze torby były przeprowadzane dla nas zawsze, gdy mają do się przesunąć, które było miłym akcentem! Pokój był mały, ale bardzo ładny i czysty, ze wszystkim, co potrzebne. Łóżko na to, podobnie jak łazienka i prysznic piętrze! Jestem bardzo wybredna jeśli chodzi o łazienki i ten było naprawdę miłe. Pokój miał nawet laptop z bezpłatny dostęp do internetu (wow). Hotel był w doskonałej lokalizacji, aby cieszyć się centrum Hanoi. Byliśmy szczególnie pod wrażeniem ich pomocy z Halong Bay rejs. Wiele badań i były z jakością wyzwaniom, z którymi istnieją. Uwielbialiśmy ich porad w splendid star . "Tylko połowie-zakres i góry-zakres firm zaufania-i w przeciwieństwie do każdego innego, nie pobierają opłatę za rejs aż do powrotu po-jeśli nie lubisz to, pozwolili nam wiem". Mieli rację, ich cokolwiek zasugerować (Hualong Plastic Products, myślę, że był nazwa przedsiębiorstwa). Musi pobyt w tym hotelu jeśli chcesz niezapomniane wspomnienia z Hanoi.

"Well named - absolutely charming staff"
Stayed 2 days with a trip to Sapa in between. Room made available to us on our return at 5am, then moved again to another room when ours became available (even though we would have been happy to stay in the first room given). Front office staff absolutely delightful - best we've encountered anywhere. Had moved here from our tour's hotel - a couple of […] streets further away from the lake but footpath can be walked on at times - rare in this part of town where bikes park on footpath. "Very charming Hotel"
A small Hotel in the old quarter of Hanoi amongst the hustle and bustle of the busy streets. Our first impression was the friendliness of the Staff. They were so accommodating and immediately upgraded us to a Suite. Our room was large with 2 double beds, a large ensuite, a computer, bowl of fresh fruit and tea/coffee making facilities. "Exactly what it is "Charming""
The rooms were always clean and a great price! The staff were great and always greeted you with a smile and hello, the breakfast was good as well. It was well located and within walking distance to the sights around the Old Quarter.

Nice hotel, value for money. Great staff, decent enough breakfast. Shower curtain was very dirty. Room was quite spaciou & clean but the walls were thin & whenever neighbors closed their door or spoke in the common area it Was disturbing. Would've preferred a room with a window.

"Charming it is!"
Charming II was a real suprise. Very good value for the money and the staff were extemely professional yet friendly. Our TV didn't work and they quickl;y found some DVDs for us. Terrific hotel!!
"Exceptional"
If you want the flavor of "average life" in Hanoi, the streets around this hotel offer theperfect mileau. The little kids (in our family group of 8) knew the desk staff by name and gave hugs when we left. This hotel is defined by the front desk ladies. The name "Charming" is just perfect for this hotel. One of our 2 favorite hotels in Vietnam!

"The best in every way"
This is not just a great value hotel- it is great hotel. Period. We showed up a day before our reservation at 2am and three kind gentleman got us a room within 2 minutes. We loved it from the second we arrived but only upon leaving and touring around Vietnam did we fully realize what a true gem it is. All of the staff is courteous and speaks English- […] much more rare than we thought in Vietnam! They booked our flights, dinner reservations and trips to Halong Bay and Perfume Pagoda and they changed our dollars into dong for no fee (awesome). One flight was wrong which we realized a week later when we were in Cambodia. We knew it was the agency's fault since we were with Lana (the best of the best of the staff members) when she made it. Our hotel in Cambodia was useless so we emailed Charming. Within an hour, Lana called us to tell us she fixed it. She had already emailed us the new itinerary but wanted to call to make sure we got knewbc she didn't want us to be nervous. She is the sweetest. We saw no bugs at all, the rooms are squeaky clean, modern and there is a working computer with internet in every room. Believe me, you will need it in this hectic city no matter how much advanced planning you do! The breakfast is not going to match a Hilton or Sofitel in France, but it is perfectly fine. They have different eggs, noodles/rice, pho, local fruit (love the dragon fruit!), and breads every day and then they rotate pancakes and french toast. When they learned it was our honeymoon they got us a cake, wine, bouquet of flowers and decorated our room with more fresh flower pedals (in a heart shape) than are typically on your bed and balloons. The whole staff was in our room and surprised us when we got back. It was so cute! You really feel at home here- the staff creates a warm and friendly vibe. I had one of the best stays in my life, this hotel is truly a great hotel. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are super clean with all modern amenities. We booked the superior room for three nights and when we arrived we were greeted by the bell boy, then three staff at the tour desk who spoke English fairly well and two receptionists who spoke excellent English. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Also, location is in the old quarter which made everything very convenient. The front desk receptionists gave us great recs on local restaurants which we loved. We enjoyed our time there and will definitely recommend to friends.

really affordable hotel. large rooms, hardwood floors, full bathroom with tub, and computer in the room with fast internet connection! their staff was super helpful and friendly, even walking us over to a pharmacy to get cold medicine. they allowed us to checkout late so that we could have time to wash up before our flight. lobby isn't as new but […] room size, location, and service make up for it. we would've paid much more for this great hotel. Fresh fruit in our room was awesome, Nice to have a computer in the room also. The only thing we didn't like was they served sort of a western breakfast, with no Pho option.

"Great place at a great price"
We stayed here two nigths, very clean rooms. They also organised a pick up from the airport for $18, which seemed reasonable and the guy was waiting there when we landed which avoided alot of the horros stories we were hearing about rogue taxi drivers at the airport. It takes about 5-7 mins to walk to the lake which is near the water puppet show. felt […] very safe around here without too much hassle from moto drivers and shoe cleaners and such. We were leaving late on the last day and not only did they hold our bags but they gave us a room to shower in when we got back and even take a snooze if we wanted, which was very nice. "Lovely hotel in old quarters"
Staff was very friendly and speak good English. Breakfast was fair, not wow! but I wasn't expecting Much for the price we pay. We were given higher floor room so there a window. Toilet was ok - shame abt the shampoo that came in a sachet... The mini bar consists of choices of a coke , a 7 up and 2 beers. Location wise I would have preferred to be closer […] to the lake. Not many shops around where u can sit down for coffee in the morning or buy water at night. But the service from the friendly staff made up for that. On the day we checked out, it was raining heavily, about 5 staffs formed a human chain carrying umbrellas from the front door to the taxi for us ... An exceptional place to stay, very friendly, comfortable, much better quality than any other equivalent hotel we have stayed in. We rebooked on returning to Hanoi as we decided it would be difficult to find anywhere better.

We were greeted at the door by a very cheerful Lana and were pleasantly surprised with how nice the room was for what we paid. There were complimentary mangoes and bottles of water, the room was clean, there was a computer in there, and the bathroom was far lovelier than we had expected. "Charming 2 - Tolle Lage, super Service"
Das Hotel Charming 2 liegt zentral in der Altstadt von Hanoi. Schon der Blick aus dem Frühstücksraum ist besser als Kino. Und kaum geht man ein paar Schritte vor die Tür ist man mitten im asiatischen Leben. Die Altstadt kann so gut zu Fuß erobert werden. Der Service im Hotel ist aussergewöhnlich. Sehr engagiert, persönlich, kompetent und nett. Alle […] Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sprechen gut englisch. Wir haben uns schon nach kurzer Zeit wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ausserdem haben wir haben über das Hotel einen Ausflug zu Parfume-Pagoda gebucht, auch hier hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Der Zustand des Hotels ist gut, die Zimmer sind gemütlich und sehr gepflegt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer der besten Kategorie, und würden das auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Vom kleinen Balkon aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Strasse und das Zimmer ist recht groß. Natürlich kann man die Geräuschkulisse der Stadt nicht ganz aus dem Zimmer aussperren, daher sollte man Ohrstöpsel nicht vergessen, wenn man geräuschempfindlich ist. Zum Frühstück gibt es eine täglich teilweise wechselnde, ausreichende Auswahl an allem, was man sich wünscht, d.h. Früchte, Pho, Brot, Kuchen, Eier, Nudeln etc. Es gab für uns wirklich gar nichts an dem Hotel auszusetzen, und wir würden es rundum empfehlen. Przeczytaj więcej

空港送迎、立地、ツアーピックアップ、レビューの評判とリーズナブルな価格で選びました。レセプションでは近隣のマップや詳細な情報 そして英語がしっかり話せたのがうれしかったです。ツアー出発の朝時間ぎりぎりになって朝食の時間が取れなかったのですが「大丈夫 待ってもらうから 朝食を食べてきて」と言われ 歯科k利食べて出かけることができました。部屋テレビはあいにく映りは悪かったですが デスクにあるPCでインターネットも無料で使用可でした。welcome drink とバッチャン焼のお土産もいただきました。そのあと止まった5つ星ホテルのサービスがとほほだったのに比べこの小さなホテルでこのサービスの高さは貴重です。
ホテル名の通り、スタッフさんが本当に優しくてチャーミングで素敵な方ばかりで心温まるホテルでした！

とてもフレンドリーなスタッフで親切な対応をしてくれます。 英語があまり得意ではなくても紙に書いたりして一生懸命に伝えてくれました。感謝です。 明るく楽しいスタッフのおかげで楽しく過ごせました。 立地は旧市街の真ん中でバルコニーからその景色をみながらゆっくりできて良い。 ただ、この辺りの道はややこしくて迷子にはなりやすいので目印となる建物などを決めておくといいと思います。
