"Brand new hotel."
I've stayed in many Holiday inn hotels before and I know their quality, but recently I stayed at this one in Dickson city which is brand new, well located, price was ok, service wasn't what I was expecting of it. Especially because by the time I arrived to check in around 3 pm, there was a woman at the front desk who was very cold, and I felt in that […] moment my staying was going to be awful but after the bitter welcome I found a very comfortable room, flat screen tv and very clean are. But at night when I came back to sleep I found a very pleased woman at the front desk. She brought me a warm smile and welcomed me right away! Asked me if I was needing something and how my staying was so far. That's the service I was specting at a Holiday inn hotel. I asked her for water and in a blink she appeared with two bottles of water and asked me if I was needing something else. What else can I wish with a service like this. Then in the morning I was needing a ride to my bus station, the same cold and unpleasant woman that attended me at first was there and she was kind of ignoring me I ask her for a ride or a cab and it was like if I was an annoying person for her. Fortunately I gentleman came out to take me out to my destination He was a very nice person and friendly as well. "Great Stay**loved the pool"
We needed a place to stay that had an indoor pool for the kids to have fun. We just needed a one night stay on our way to a further destination, and this holiday inn express was perfect. "Overnight Stay"
We stayed here for 1 night for an area wrestling tournament. The hotel is very modern, clean and surrounded by lots of stores/restaurants. The indoor pool was a great option for my 7 year old son! Nice place to stay- great breakfast and service. Room was perfect and great price. Nice neighborhood- lots of stores and restaurants. Near to highway... but turn off to hotel was a bit confusing.

A beuatiful hotel. Very quiet, clean and friendly staff. Nice pool and workout room. Convenient to I-81 and Scranton.

Hotel is really nice. Very modern and clean. Checkin/check out took seconds. Cant beat the location lots of shopping and restaurants. Minutes from the highway. Would definitely stay here again.

We had seen this hotel under construction on an earlier trip and decided to try it out. As would be expected everything was shiny clean. The staff was very helpful and courteous.
