Kids had a blast in the tropical theme resort!! Beds were a bit soft but thats personal preference but all in all the place needs a face lift. They have done their best, it was clean but can tell its date. We would stay there again but probably just for the pools.
Esther's Inn was a very pleasant place for us to stay. Amenities were within walking distance

This is the 3rd time I have stayed in this hotel and it was by far the best experience of them all...the staff was very friendly (not like the time before) and the rooms and facilities are being updated..New TV, new fridge..etc...was very comfortable

I stayed at this hotel with my husband and infant son. The room was adequate, however as we had an infant we needed the room to place a playpen, which almost didn't fit in the space provided. Also, our room was on the main floor and accross from where they served breakfast, so absolutely no view or privacy from all of the foot traffic going to rooms […] or to and from the beverage machines. The location was noisy and because of the location, we had to have the inside curtains closed at all times. They do have a lovely garden theme, however at our location we did not see any of it! Several of the rooms are definately not located in an area condusive to a calm and quiet location. We did use the small kids pool with our son, and that was nice, however the larger pool that was available was taken over by younger teens and no control was done to ensure anyone else could use this pool. Be sure to ask for a fridge in your room....i seen most rooms had a fridge and i didnt. Also, my tv was tiny and not working well (very old). I guiess you had to specify

I found the restaurant not that good. The service was slow and the look was messy. The food was not the best either. Would reccomend eating elsewhere.

We have stayed at this place more than once. Overall the service is great and we have never had a problem staying there. The meals are a little over priced but the food is very good. We couldn't get room service because of there not being enough servers. Over all our stay was nice, quiet, and the service was nice.
