The hotel was very comfortable, and everyone there was really helpful and nice. The room was large and the breakfast was decent. The people at the reception desks booked our tours to Ha Long and Perfume Pagoda, and even suggested some great restaurants in the city! The front desk is friendly, my airport transfers were flawless and the room was always nice and clean. This hotel is also right in the middle of all the sights, decent food nearby. It has become my regular place in Hanoi for business or pleasure.

Although hotel is located in a small alley, it is very convenient to shop around in the old quarter area. If the rental could be cheaper, then the hotel would be more competitive!

The hotel has a good location in a small alley close to the Hoan Kiem Lake. The service was good and the view from the breakfast-room on the top floor is nice. Our room was spacious and clean. Only minus was that the our room was a bit cold and the hot water tank didn't last for to persons.

Excellent location in a "quiet" street in old quarter. Nice rooms - a hotel to come back too. (We had a VIP room for 4 days!)

Amazing location on a cool street with good cafes and bars. Staff very helpful and friendly - couldn't do enough for us. Would definitely recommend.

Nice Hotel. We walked to the hotel from our drop off point after returning from Halong Bay and thought the hotel was a bit difficult to find. its tucked at the end of a minor street. I don't agree, a number of other taller buildings blocked any distant view, there was no view of the lake at all, and the balcony had a huge curved section on the railing which blocked nearly all the view from that window. I and my friends spent a few nights at the Hanoi Imperial Hotel last 20th Sept, 2011 and totally satisfied with the services there. We booked two twin Deluxe rooms and we were in very big and comfortable rooms. The room are well-equipped with 2 big natural windows. The hotel is located on a coffee street named Hang Hanh. Although the street is small […] but it is really quiet and lovely with some nice restaurants nearby, very typical becuase of Hanoi Old quarter (small street, small house, small shops, small hotels...). The hotel services are very good as our opinion. All the staff are friendly and receptive, they always welcome us with smiles and give us much useful information about Hanoi. Buffet breakfast was served on the top floor with over view of Hanoi old quarter, food is very good with many choices. We think the hotel is really valued for money and much more excellent than we expected. We are sure for coming back this hotel next time and recommend this lovely hotel to all travelers. Calling this a four star hotel is a joke. Two stars would be generous. You can get a better hotel in Hanoi's old quarter for half the price. Seriously. This hotel is located in a dark, sketchy alley. We are openminded travelers, but we felt very uncomfortable walking in and out of the hotel. There were dozens of motorbikes and a few stray dogs directly […] in front of the hotel entrance, making it difficult to get in. The hotel's only elevator broke down while we were in it. The room was the darkest hotel room I've ever seen. All of the windows were directly in front of other buildings' walls, allowing almost no light to get in. The sheets were damp, the bed uncomfortable, the bathroom cleanliness was dubious, and the hallways dim and smoky. The staff, on the other hand, was friendly and helpful. After reading the previous reviews, I decided to book the hotel. Then I've got a big dissappoint. The hotel was located in a small and dim alley. There're many vendors and small dirty local restaurant surround. The hotel was bust with nice pool but There's nothing for you there in (about) 5m2. While on a business trip I booked this hotel by accident, thinking it was a bigger, four-star hotel I'd stayed in before. This at first had me worried about what I was in for, but it all turned out very well. I wouldn't have had it any other way. We were looking for a nice hotel whose location is in the centre and convenient to everywhere, and this is it. Shops, cafes, Water Puppet Theatre, etc. At the neighbourhood, we also found a travel agent who provided a best public rate for airport transfer.

Hotellet kallar sig det bästa 3-stjärniga hotellet i stan, och ambitionen är hög. Bra klass på rummet, super-rent och snyggt. Frukosten helt OK med både bröd, flingor och vietnamesiska varma rätter. Massagen var väl sådär och som vanligt i Vietnam tycker dom att man gärna ska betala lite extra i efterhand. T.ex. så bad jag receptionen att boka taxi […] till flygplatsen. När jag väl skulle åka hade dom bokat en "private car" som kostade ungefär dubbelt så mycket som en vanlig taxi. Efter diskussion blev det lite billigare, men ändå något som ger en bitter eftersmak. ハノイ旧市外の中心にあり、便利性は非常に良いが混雑もマックスなのでドアの外は急にダウンタウン的である。 自分は大丈夫ですが苦手な人もいると思います。 スタッフは少ないが皆たいへん親切でした。 部屋は綺麗に清掃が出来ていて満足ですが、バスタブにお湯を満タンにする途中でどうしても蛇口からの水が冷水になってしまう・・・他の部屋はどうか 判らない。 価格からはこんなものだと思います。

観光なら非常に良いと思います。ただし、２階は避けたほうが良い。若いホテルスタッフや近隣の声、発情期のネコなどで、神経質な人は眠れないと思います。 私は気にならない方ですが、 ホテルの部屋のリクエスト可能なら、上層階を希望したほうが良いと思います。

Dette hotellet fortjener en stjerne til. Veldig fint. Rent og pent. Store fine rom. Veldig bra plassert, nært alt. fantastisk koselig restaurant (Rainbow) rett utenfor. Flere restauranter og barer utenfor. Ligger rett ved Kiam Lake og nært til shopping. Jeg vil definitivt komme tilbake til dette hotellet når jeg drar tilbake til Hanoi.

玄関はあまり大きくありませんが、ロビーは少し開けています。三ツ星ホテルでしょう。部屋は広めで清潔でした。宿泊したのが3月初旬で若干涼しく、ホーチミンシティからハノイに入ったので、気温差を感じます。ホテルは冷暖房が完備されていましたが、暖房を入れてもいいくらいでした。朝食のレストランは7階にあり、エレベーターは5階まで。メーニューは若干品揃えが少なめですが、オムレツや目玉焼きは頼めば作ってもらえます。全体的には問題ないホテルですが、難点が1点。奥まったところにあり、その手前は細い道で、バイクの路駐で車が非常に通りにくいです。仕事目的で行きましたので、現地の方の車で送ってもらいましたが、かなり手こずりました。

ho soggiornato in questo hotel per 2 notti , ottima posizione , camera confortevole e pulita lato negativo che abbiamo dormito all'ultimo piano , sopra la nostra camera c'era il ristorante per la colazione per cui alle 5.30 inziavano i rumori e non si riusciava più a riposare.
