"Lovely comfy place to rest your head"
I stayed at this guest house for business, and couldnt of asked for more. A lovely comfy bed, clean room, great bathroom, warming breakie and great hosts all made for a wonderful stay. If I am ever in this part of the country again I will definately stay here. Thank you.

Wendy and Alan run a premium B&B service that exceeds expectations. While their prices may be slightly higher than some competitors, the effort that goes into every aspect of the experience they offer their guests adds up to excellent value. From the first moment of Wendy's welcome to the end of our stay she took the utmost care to ensure that we were […] happy in her home. The rooms are extremely comfortable and spacious with contemporary decoration and ours had a large and well-specified ensuite bathroom. There is ample parking for guests, a lovely lounge and dining room and Wendy is very keen to volunteer advice and recommendations for activities and dining opportunities within Christchurch and the surrounding area. The range of breakfast options was also one of the best that we had encountered, with a range of fresh fruits, luxury cereals and other healthy lifestyle options alongside more traditional cooked breakfasts - which were all prepared with great care and attention to detail. "Water's Reach weekend"
Very impressed with Water's Reach. the rooms were clean and well appointed, the welcome was warm and the food was good. Can't fault it.
"Great B & B for the south coast"
We spent 1 night in the family room at Waters Reach. Great location for Christchurch and only 20 mins away from Bournemouth. Wendy could not have been more helpful and made everything easy. Breakfast was really good to. Highly recommended.
This was in a good location and we were made to feel really welcome. Food was really good quality. Definitely will stay again next time we are visiting the area

Jeg bodde her 4 netter, og fikk valuta for pengene. Kjempe god service, kjempe god og hjemmelaget frokost og gode buss/tog-forbindelser til områdene rundt! Kan anbefales til alle som vil bo på noe mindre enn et hotell og allikevel trenger en god standard på oppholdet.
