Accomodation OK. There are really no place to park. Internet really lazy and You have to pay for it 7 euro. The hotel rather new and comfortable. No flabbergasting landscapes or breathtaking facilieties. 4 stars for buissnes

Polecam wszystkim hotel - zwłaszcza na tygodniowe lub dłuższe pobyty. Apartament duży, dobrze wyposażony. Odległość od centrum - 10 min jazdy tramwajem, który często kursuje. Obsługa hotelu bardzo pomocna - w razie kłopotów od razu reaguje. Jeśli bym jeszcze raz miała pojechać do Mediolanu to tylko do Calvino jak najbardziej :-)
Location.
Situated in the city's historic center, this Milan luxury hotel is 230 meters south of the impressive Duomo and Palazzo Reale. Chiesa Santa Maria Presso di San Satiro is just over a block away.

It is more the location than the hotel itself that makes the hotel worthwhile visiting. 50 m from the wonderful Milan Cathedral, ok rooms, easy check-in and general service ok too. No restaurant apart from a breakfast room with an average breakfast (and not a 4 star one although the hotel is a 4-star hotel). Very convenience location for visiting Plazza Duomo and shopping and eating comfortablely.

Not friendly staff at all - Not clean - too small room and bath room - very very old .. The only nice thing about the hotel is the Location otherwise NO. Not recommended at all.

"Why Four Stars ??"
One doesn't get what four stars stay for? Here you will find stuffy rooms from 1970's, dangerously unmarked stares everywhere less expected, slippery marble floors. Grand Hotel Plaza is a Four Star Nightmare for disabled and elderly people. "Vast improvement"
The hotel has apparently been totally renovated and they have even improved the breakfast. The front desk staff is still disinterested in the guests, but otherwise, the hotel is not as described in the older reviews.
"Grand Hotel Plaza"
This hotel needed a re-think! Rooms and common areas looked like they should have been cleaner- and the outside was falling apart. Staff seemed to think that guests were in the way and stopping them working. Breakfast was a load of prepacks put out on a table where the wall paper was falling of the walls and the room had no windows.

Nice hotel centrally located. Yet another hotel that charges silly prices for Wifi. Would have been nice to get a cooked brekkie

Ej 4 stjärnigt Hotel långt ifrån. Gammal ,super gammal toalett och obekväma sängar.Superlativt läget som används som plåster på såret för alla brister och dyra rum. Trist frukostrum samt total ointresserad personal när det gäller gäster !

Litt "slitent" hotell med en fantastisk beliggenhet! Hotellet ligger kjempe sentralt. God frokost også.

무엇보다 두오모 광장과 가까운 곳에 있다는 점이 진정 최고의 장점!!! 그러나 혼자 사용하는 작은 방의 경우, 조금은 좁은 샤워시설이 불편한 점이었다. 그리고 처음 입실 할때, 그 전 사용한 사람의 머리카락 등이 욕실에 남아 있었기에 조금 불쾌감을 느꼈었다. 두오모의 근접성이 우선시 된다면 추천!

Stygg fasade, grei frokost, småslitne rom med alt for tett luft. Beliggenheten er fin. Men langt fra 4 stjerner!

ドゥオモから徒歩5分ほどの便利な立地ながら観光客の喧騒からは離れており、落ち着いた雰囲気のホテル。 部屋は比較的ゆったりしていたが、シャワー室が80センチ四方くらいしかなく、また壁が薄いのか、隣室から夜中に悩ましい喘ぎ声が（笑） 朝食がコンチネンタルで、ハム、玉子、チーズなどがなく、クロワッサン、デニッシュ、フルーツ、ヨーグルト、ジュースなどのみ。 朝食とバスルームのショボいのを除けば、伝統ある老舗ホテルらしい雰囲気は満足できる。

Trés bien situé, confort et propreté. Vue superbe sur la Cathédrale, l'hotel correspond tout à fait à la description que vous en faites. Bon rapport qualité/¨prix. La seule remaque à faire concerne le petit déjeuner/buffet qui pourrait être plus varié, mais la qualité de ce qui est servi est parfaite.

Der Mailänder Dom ist in wenigen Schritten erreichbar und so auch viele Einkaufsstrassen, genauso wie das Teatro alla Scala. Es ist eigentlich alles zu Fuss erreichbar, auch imPark im Westen ist man in rund 15 min. Otrevligt bemötande i receptionen och struligt trots att rummet redan var bokat och betalt via hotels.com. Rummet var stort och bekvämt men duschen var inget vidare och det kom in röklukt via luftkonditioneringen. Frukosten var undermålig, man kunde faktiskt förvänta sig mer på ett 4 stjärnigt hotell. "Exelente ubicacion, servicio regular"
La ubicacion es excelente, a 1 cuadra del Duomo! El servicio en general no es bueno y el desayuno particularmente malo. La infraestructura es vieja y los ascensores tambien no parecen estar en buen mantenimiento. Las habitaciones son muy amplias (lo cual es bueno)

"Fab location lousy service"
The hotel is just a minute from Duomo cathedral - perfect location in the center of Milan. NOT a 4 star hotel. Possibly 2. But the staff is not service-minded and the breakfast is among the worst I have had. Very old carpets in room and quite old decor. "Grand Hotel Plaza i Milano, mitt i centrum"
This is definitely not a four star hotel! The lobby was impressive, but that´s it. The breakfast was only a so called continental one, rarely seen at four stars hotels these days in Europe. Not even a slice of salami, ham or cheese. We had a room on the second floor facing the street. As a neighbour to the hotel entrance there was a night club with […] some kind of sex show, with traffic to and from all night. The room was spacious but with only one chair for the desk, no armchair. We asked for another one, but it never showed up during our four nights stay. The toilet seat did not fit the toilet and was loose and moved when you sat on it. The light in the bathroom was cold light blue and terrible. In the room there were only one lamp in the ceiling and one each aside the beds. None at the desk. the mineral water in the bar cost 5 euro each, The wifi cost 9 euro per 24 hours.
