The service at the bar was horrible. The bartender was unattentive and lacked basic interpersonal/customer service skills.

Very convenient, comfortable and accommodating. Close to many restaurants and shopping centers.

This hotel looked more cheap than hip. I thought the room would be cool, but it just looked cheesy. The finishes are awful and the fluorescent lighting above the bathroom mirror is harsh. The guy at the front desk was rude to my husband. We checked in and he went back down to the front not five minutes later to ask them a question. A woman at the front […] desk asked my husband "what kind" of room we were in and my husband looked to the guy that just checked us in. He thought it was a question that was beyond "king" or "queen" bed. The guy shrugged his shoulders and said, "she's asking you, man." Uh, rude. He had just checked us in and there were like fifteen cars in the parking lot - not so swamped he didn't remember. The AC in the room also leaves a lot to be desired. We were either freezing or sweating after we went to sleep with it set on one temperature - no comfortable middle ground. Lastly, there was, let's call it unidentified white substance, dried on the wall in our room. We have no plans to return to Tulsa, but if we do, we will be staying somewhere else. Przeczytaj więcej

This hotel was great as always. I have stayed here a few times, but I did have a joining room and the people in next room were very loud until 4am! The breakfest bar is usually very good as well, but the coffee drink machine was broken all 3 days and made it to where I did not want to purchase anything. I wasn't aware of the music playing and the alcohol that was served anytime. It's a chique looking room which we loved. But I wouldn't chose it for a family stay. I tried to let the hotel pick another hotel in their same ownership and they wouldn't let us. Even though it was weeks in advance.

Lovely hotel for a great price...the rooms were very comfortable...the staff very helpful and friendly...was my second time staying there and in the future when the need arises I shall only stay at The ALoft while in the Tulsa area

I can honestly say that I don't have a single complaint about this location. They are pet friendly, with no additional deposit for your pet required. The bed was amazing! Service and decor were top of the line. Can't wait to stay there again.

This was our first time at an aloft, and it was a great experience. I highly recommend the hotel. It was in a great location and the beds are a-maz-ing!

This is a clean, convenient and interestingly decorated hotel. Complaints: I couldn't adjust the room's heat and there were no extra blankets, the lobby/bar could get loud, and there were some cleaning lapses in the hall and elevator. Aloft Tulsa otherwise met my needs.

I stay in multiple hotels monthly due to work. This hotel was clean, modern, and the staff did everything that I ask without an attitude. My iron was broken. They had to replace it twice and finally the situation was fixed. I was very please with my stay and will definately return. Loved to place. CC machine was not working at the front desk to put a hold on for amenities so the clerk hand wrote my info down. Gave him a CC with no value. Wasn't too happy about that. Other than that, great place.

My daughter and I loved the hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was perfect. The pool, jacuzzi, was all topshelf...I plan on booking at the Aloft time and time again...

I frequently stay at the Aloft in Los Colinas in the DFW area. I needed to travel to Tulsa, so I selected the Aloft Tulsa. Saturday night was terrible...Friday night was only a minor problem. When I checked in the bar girl was sitting on the check-in counter, which I though was unprofessional...Saturday, I worked 9+ hours and returned to my room...There […] was no parking available. The parking lot was full, with chairs set up in part of the parking lot. I asked at the front desk about parking. I was informed that a fashion show was being held and parking would be available in an hour or so. I asked what about hotel guest parking. I received no answer. I guess that I was supposed to drive around an hour or so before going to my room? Really. The fashion show has a DJ and music set up with the speakers pointed toward the hotel. My room was on the 5th floor and I had trouble talking on the telephone over the noise. In fact, my wife asked if I was at a club, while visiting with her on the phone. The music outside was so loud, she could here it over the phone on the fifth floor with the windows closed. It is really unbearable. The fashion show seems to be local, so I assume that the hotel rented no rooms related to the show...Therefore, one can assume that guest comfort means nothing at the Aloft Tulsa...I will not stay nor recommend this facility again. I stayed at the Aloft in Tulsa last week and can't recommend it but it may be my issue.It took me over two hours of driving around to find the hotel after I got to Tulsa. It is a new property so my two week old GPS did not recognize the address from hotels.com or from the hotel's website and took me to two different locations. When I called the hotel […] they gave me a different address entirely which eventually got me there. The woman at check-in was less than personable and when I spoke to the manager about the problem with the address indicated that they were aware of the issue but could do nothing about it. How about giving the alternate address on your web site? The room I was put in was next to the elevator shaft. If I had not had earplugs with me it would have been a long night because the elevator equipment was very noisy. Other than that, the property is very nice. The rooms are comfortable yet trendy. They had live music in the lounge downstairs and a nice set of amenities. If you can get there without wasting two hours of your life, it may be a very nice choice for you. Przeczytaj więcej

My wife and I live here in Tulsa, and we were just taking a one night "staycation" to get a little private time away from the teenagers. We were checking the usual spots on this website when we stumbled over the listing for Aloft, and I'm very glad that we did. If you're a family on vacation looking for somewhere to spend a few days, then this hotel […] may not be for you, as the pool is rather small and the lobby basically becomes the bar late in the evening due to the way it's all laid out. But if you're a couple on the road, the funky decor and interesting room layouts (glass-walled showers!) may be just what you're looking for. The holet was clean but the staff was very bad. I would say I have never stayed or has such poor service at any other hotel. The lady at the front desk would not speak up could barely hear her. She didn't know what was going on from bad directions to if they had room service. She told me twice they did have room service and when I asked where the menu […] was she said she didn't know but yes they had room service. So I waited until it was time to eat and I called to get the # to room service and I was just going to call and ask them what they had cause I did not have menu. So I called the front desk and the new person on duty informed me they did not have room service. Also the map on mapquest and gps are wrong they sent me 30 miles out of my way. We were coming to Tulsa for one night only and did not need to be close to downtown. We picked Aloft just on a chance and we are very pleasantly surprised at the caliber of the hotel. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We had to change rooms and they helped us quickly and always had a very friendly demeanor. The elevator and halls were […] very muggy and warm, which was slightly uncomfortable, but the room and other public areas were nice. The room was beautiful. It was slightly smaller than we expected, but it was perfect for the two of us. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room had lots of natural light. The only gripe we had was the breakfast selection. The coffee wasn't great and there were very limited options. Overall, our stay was very satisfactory. We would stay at Aloft again. Overall my wife and I really enjoyed our stay because we're easy going. Let me keep it simple... Pros: the surrounding area is the best you can get for tulsa, the look and feel of the place is fun and young, they have a place where you can hook up your computer/media player/etc. to the tv very easily and cables available at the front desk Cons: biggest […] con--sheets were stained. "cables available" only red/yellow/white ones--not hdmi or vga like it says they are, hot tub broken, no information available at your finger tips (wifi access info, ice machine location, local restaurants/night life, etc.), ice available from the front desk only? what? I decided to visit my daughter in Tulsa & thought I'd treat both of us to a mini-vacation over 4th of July. The staff were awesome! I brought my dog & she was treated as well as we were. The comfort of the room had us lazing in it quite a bit. The decor is unique. The walls were a little thin when it came to the live music in the lobby/bar but it certainly […] didn't keep us from sleeping. My only real complaint was the water pressure. I have stayed at this hotel over 10X, and will continue to do so. The only complaint I have is that when you book with hotels.com (or any other booking service) your room is always in an unconvienent location (farthest from the elevator/2nd floor above the bar). There was an odor in the lobby that smelled of sewer that only came at nights. The rooms were not stocked with soaps. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel is located in a busy area on the weekends, so it is close to rest. and the mall. Only bad thing that I have to say is that the cleaning crew left cleaners in my room and in the hallway throughout the weekend. Overall I would recommend the hotel.

I was extremely pleased with the hotel. The rooms were more than expected, and I absolutely loved the work out facility (weights and cardio equipt). No doubt, this property is related to the famous "W" hotels, as the design is modern/contemporary. I could not have asked for a better locations...dinning, shopping, entertainment, etc. I will be back!

Very hip looking, had trendy mags in the room. The room's setup is very unique, small, but it works really well. Walked to Dave and Busters for dinner because the bartender said their menu was limited and he "didn't have the right equipment to make the food right" (huh?). The cable was getting updated to HD, so the channel selection when I was there […] was limited. Little black smudge on an otherwise beautiful, white, soft comforter. Pool table in the lobby, which was very cool. I was there on a Wednesday, so there wasn't a lot of action, but the bar area looks fun (as long as you're not hungry). This is one of the best hotels I have seen for the money. Outstanding beds and a cool hotel with lots of style. I am staying here next time I am in Tulsa!

We had the kids this time and they kept pounding on the glass shower door so we went to shut the bathroom door and it was a mirrored pocket door. Other than that it was very clean and the staff took great care of us. There are lots of great restaurants nearby and shopping.

The hotel is close to everything you need. Very nice and trendy highly recommended it .

First I will say that I have stayed at this hotel 5 or 6 times without any problems. But this was a terrible visit, maybe it was a full moon. With my reservation they tried to deny me a room saying there were not room available. After a heated argument managment acted as if he did me a favor and gave me the room. Rooms are very small but accomadate […] a couple at most. Shower was warm to say the most and the club in the lobby goes until 2am. Im a partier so that was great but please leave kids behind. This is an adult hotel to say the least. No breakfast but fruit, bagels and other snacks can be purchased. Overall this was not a good stay but i would return. The hotel is a little hidden behind a shopping center so it's a little hard to find, but not bad. Aloft Tulsa, was close to many stores such as Best Buy, Sam's Club, and many dining establishments such as Dave and Busters, Chick fil-A, Krispy Kreme and many more. Alof t Tulsa, is even better than the pics. It contains five floors, a indoor hot tub, […] sauna, exercise room and an outdoor pool. The rooms are the best I have stayed in in a while. The beds where extremely comfortable and the rooms were very modern and clean. The only things I didn't like about this hotel was the fact that we got a discounted rate for the weekend but they were hosting a singles mingle in the lobby until 2am we were on the fourth floor and had some troubles getting to bed because of all the noise coming from the outdoor patio. They do not offer any continental breakfast, but there is an extremely overpriced snack shop in the lobby. There was no indoor pool which would have been a plus. The hotel has a lot of potential with a real upbeat feel, however the rooms lack a lot of comfort and quality and most important...cleanliness. The hotel parking lot had a lot of trash in it that was never addressed and the sheets were stained. There was a huge stain on the carpet in my room that looked like someone rolled out of bed and threw up. There […] is no ironing board in the room, but does have a safe and a small frig. There are no ice machines on the guest floors so you have to make a trip to the lobby if you're looking for ice. The furnishings remind you of a college dorm room...only cheaper looking. There is a neat glass shower but it lacks some privacy as one of the shower walls looks into the actual bedroom. The beds are not comforable and I woke up with back spasms. Your money is better spent at the Courtyard Marriott just one block up the street. Their rooms are much nicer and the beds are more comfortable for nearly the same price as this one. A huge party erupted in the lobby and lasted until 1:30 a.m. the night I stayed there. The next day at noon, the lobby floors were still sticky and trash was everywhere. The room was almost too modern, I'm just not used to that. I loved the shower and the staff was nice. I got a great rate and even though it was a little bit out of the way to get back to it, it was right next to great shopping and eating places.

Pro: This hotel is awesome! The bed was really comfortable, to the point that my wife and I didn't want to get out of it in the morning. The location is kind of hard to get to. The map wasn't that helpful. We eventually found it though. Con: There wasn't a continental breakfast. Great Hotel and the location is great for anyone who flys in without a car. Walking distance to all kinds of food and shopping. Would stay here again!! I would give a 6 on clean room if I could!

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms comfy. We had reservations for three rooms. Upon arrival we were told they only had one room cleaned. We had a promise letter stating they would have the handicap assessable room we requested for us. They did not. They said they can't promise these rooms, even when I had letter in hand. After a 45 min. wait they finally […] had the other two rooms cleaned. We were offered a free bottle of water for our wait. We were required to prepay for these rooms or they said they would comp them. Did not offer to comp for future stays. TV cable was being worked on so only had few channels and had to hunt for them. The first channel started at 66 so went through quite a few channels to find them. Our check in was at 8pm so it wasn't like we were early. Went as a surprise for my best friend's birthday, loved everything about it! The lobby is amazing, the bar is great! The room was perfect, the beds are super comfortable and the blackout curtains are awesome! Great for a girls weekend get-a-way!!
