This hotel was NOT a four star hotel by any standards. The staff were rude and unhelpful, we were asked to clean the room and take thrash to a dustbin at the back of the hotel before leaving. Ideal for Disneyland Paris as is just a 4 minute walk from the railway station which will get you to the front gates of Disneyland in a 5 minute train ride. There is a large hypermarket just 7 mins from the hotel so is ideal for self catering - especially if you get one of the rooms with a small kitchen.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the only thing were no rooms for a family of 5. We had to take 2 rooms. With that said the staff and hotel were great and we will be staying there again should we go back to Disney.

This hotel ticked all the boxes. Handy for trains,shops & Disney. Clean.Good for family groups.

+Just 1 stop RER from Disneyland Paris. ONLY IF you go to Disneyland, I recommend you this hotel. Otherwise it is too far from Paris city. +You stop @val d'Europe stn, and take exit 1. Overall I enjoyed my stay clean rooms, nice staff, good location with a mall down the road. I do wish they gave a better explaination of the hotel like I had no idea you put the key into the holder right at the door I thought I had no electricity, didn't understand the idea of getting a ticket for breakfast, they only had 2 irons for the entire hotels […] they really need to get more of those. The night manager was terrific he could here my distress when they had no irons available one morning he actually went home and got his personal one for me that was very very nice. I stayed at the hotel in the period between the 25-28 dec 2011 with my daughter and I. The Staff was very helpfull and the Hotel was very fresh. Although sometimes the breakfast buffe ran out of some items due to the greediness of some people, People took more than they needed and then they didnt eat it. The surrounding area it looked fresh but didnt […] have the time to explore it, it would be nice with a supermarket that sells grocerys or some fresh bread. The only negative aspect is that the hotel is missing a fitness centre and a swiming pool. We stayed here over Christmas. The hotel was very close to the RER and the Val d'Europe mall/oulet mall. It is also one RER stop away from Disneyland. Very convenient for location overall. The hotel is also very near the large Auchan and is equip with cooking utensils, a fridge and stove top. However the service was not what I would expect from a […] four star restaurant. Nice hotel and particularly nice staff.

My partner had booked a few nights in this hotel, after having paid in full and being asked to pay 3 days tax upfront before receiving the room key, we unpacked, tidied all our belongings away and went to the supermarket to buy some food etc for our kitchen only to find the electric hobs did not work - after having to enquire to reception twice about […] this an apparent qualified employee came to repair it. He proceeded to loose all electricity to the room - next we had to move al our belongings to an inferior room. There was a problem with the water pressure here - the bath took approximately 2 hours to fill, it was pathetic, to shower the next days was like water trickling from a tap. We asked it to be repaired, and were told it was probably others using hot water. After more complaining it was repaired for the last morning of our stay. A housekeeper downstairs couldn't direct us to the laundry room (it was right infront of him we quickly relised). This looks like a hotel with potential, but simple lack of checking / repairing items and a total lack of customer service from reception sadly falls below 2 star service in my opinion. Shame. I was at the Relais Spa cheessy Disney Paris in April 2011, for 2 nights with my sister, son and nephew. We had booked the junior suite. The reception was great and the apartment was up to standard, except for the television. It was not working and when we called reception to fix it, it took them a good hour to come to our room. After the maintanance […] guy left, the sound was very low even if one tried to raise the volume it could not go up. The location is great, only 5 minutes to the train station and 5 minutes to Disney. Very close to a shopping mall, where we did our grocery shopping. Nette Rezeption. Kitchenette gerade ausreichend: 2 herdplatten, etwa eng. Geschirr unvollständig. Geschirrtücher vorhanden. Müll wurde jeden Tag geleert! Sogar Betten wurden gemacht !

Detta lägenhetshotell var över förväntan, vi var 2 vuxna och 2 barn, och vi bokade en junior svit. Vi valde dock inte att äta någon måltid på hotellet utan gick till gallerian som låg knappa minuter bort. Där fanns flertalet restauranger, outlett för märkesprodukter och en stor supermarket Anchan där vi vi handlade all vår frukost och även luncher att […] ta med till nöjesparken. Tågstationen låg typ 2 minuter från hotellet och färden till disneyland tog 2 minuter, kostnad till hela familjen var 5 Euro. Man kunde från samma station åka även in till Paris, men det hann inte vi. Det skulle ta närmare en timme att åka. Tågen gick var 10e minut ungefär. Det ända vi var missnöjda med gällande hotellet var att den tidigare gästen lånat med sig golvborsten, så vi kunde inte soppa av golven efter frukost På detta hotell städar de inte under vistelsen, dock bäddar de sängarna och byter alla handukar varje dag. Если вы приехали в парки Диснея - то расположение отеля очень хорошее - одна остановка на метро - и вы на месте. Мы добирались минут за 15 от двери номера до ворот парка. Если Вам надо осмотреть Париж - тоже доберетесь, но это будет уже не близко.

Trés bon acceuil, chambre propre, spacieuse. Hôtel vraiment pratique pour un séjour à Disneyland. Deplus chambre bien équipé : frigo, cafetière, plaques, évier.

L'ensemble de la prestation est correct. Nous avons séjourne trois fois dans cet hôtel. L'hôtel est joli, les chambres aussi, mais il y a toujours quelques choses qui ne va pas... Sèche-cheveux en panne, il y a que de l'eau chaud, mais pas de l'eau froid, et la dernière fois, pas d'internet.. ACCUEIL TARDIF SUPER GRANDE CHAMBRE TRES BIEN DECOREE TRES PROPRE

Très bon hôtel prestations excellentes à 200 mètres de auchan val d'Europe et de la vallée . C'est dommage qu'il construise une résidence à côté ( bruits tôt le matin ... Sinon bonne literie et très bien entretenue

L'hôtel est très accueillant et le service au restaurant irréprochable.

Suite Junior, bon rapport qualité et proche Disney.

Das Hotel war sehr gut , ca. 1,5km von Disneyland entfernt, zu erreichen. Name des Hotels außen stimmt nicht mit der Hotels.com überein, von Außen hiesst es "SPA Oriental" . Im Gegensatz zu den Disney Hotels aber deutlich preiswerter, nicht so überlaufen, einen bezahlbaren Tiefgaragenplatz und viel besser ausgestattet. (kompl. Küche war bei uns im Zimmer, […] mit 2*Kaffee für die Senseo..., Wasser im Kühlschrank). Bei den völlig überhöhten Preisen für das Buffetfrühstück kann man bei entsprechender vorbereitung sich selber ein tolles Frühstück zaubern. Alles war sehr neu, modern und funktionierte (kann eigentlich kein Franz. Hotel sein...) Es gibt keinen Bus-Service zu Disney, nur Taxi oder Bahn, oder die 1,5km zu Fuß. Leider hatte der Zimmerservice die unangenehme Eigenschaft uns am 1.Januar bereits ab 9.30 zu belästigen ...um 10 Uhr haben wir das 1 .Mal "reagiert" und denen gesagt das ich noch 30min brauche (das Zimmer ist bis 11 Uhr "uns") , um 10.15 stand die nächste vor der Tür und fragte wieder, Gott sei dank waren da unsere Koffer schon kompl. und wir konnten das Zimmer verlassen. 디즈니랜드 주변에 새로 조성된 시가지에 있는 호텔로 최신시설의 레지던스 입니다. 저희는 가족 4인이 사용했는데 룸이 깨끗하과 욕실과 그 외 화장실이 하나 더 있어서 편리했습니다. 쇼파베드도 좋고 주방에 조리도구와 전자렌지 인덕션등이 작지만 잘 갖추어져 있어 좋았습니다. 단지 파리 시내 관광하기에는 다소 먼 거리입니다. 아침식사도 잘 나오는 편이구요 스파는2012년쯤 오픈한다고 하네요 아직은 별다른 부대시설이 없는 것이 아쉽습니다.' 참 유명한명품 아울렛이 차로 5분 거리내에 있습니다.

min bror og jeg skulle til Disneyland og fejre Halloween, og da Disneys hoteller var lidt dyre i denne periode, valgte vi dette hotel i håb om, at det kunne opfylde vores krav. Og det gjorde det! Fra hotellet tog det ca 2 min at gå til stationen, hvor toget kører ca 5-6 gange i timen til Disneyland (togturen tager ikke mere end 3-4 min.). Og Val de […] Europe storcentret ligger mindre en 5 min. gang fra hotellet. Personalet var flinke og imødekommende. Wij vonden het een leuk hotel . We hadden de familiekamer en was prima. Met eigen keukentje zodat we lekker eigen ontbijt konden maken. Grote voordeel station met Metro lag op 2 min lopen. Een halte verder in je stond midden in Disney. De auto stond voor het hotel en was gratis. Een heel groot winkelcentrum en outlet lag ook op 3 min lopen van het […] hotel. Så hotellet for et år siden da jeg var i området. Her var det åbent. Da vi på denne tur spurgte til SPA omårdet fik vi besked på at det var under bebyggelse (ved siden af ligger der en mark der kun er indhegnet, så der går lidt tid før det er klar). Selvom værelsene blev færdige for over et år siden mangler der simple afslutninger (lister ved gulv, […] maling få steder, etc.). TV (begge) på værelset virkede ikke og de havde ingen teknikker. Dommage que dans un 4 étoile pas de possibilité d'avoir un petit déjeuner dans la chambre

Je trouve vraiment trés dommage venant d'un hotel 4 étoile d'avoir bien spécifié au moment de la réservation qu'il s'agissait d'une réservation pour une nuit de noce et nous n'avons eut aucune petite attention de leur part sans compter que nous avons eut une chambre twin avec les lits accolés (tout en sachant qu'au moment de la reservation on nous a […] assuré un king size). Deplus nous voulions nous faire livrer le repas dans notre chambre (diner), la personne a l'accueil nous a précisier que nous trouverions tout en chambre, mais encore une fois décu car nous n'avons rien trouvé. Dommage aussi qu'en arrivant dans la chambre toujours pour un 4 étoiles nous n'ayons trouvez qu'une petite bouteille d'eau de 25cl a disposition ( au moins mettre autre chose a disposition meme avec supplémement) A coté de cela, l'hotel est trés propre et la chambre spacieuse. la salle de restauration trés agréable. merci Przeczytaj więcej
